“This is a huge five star hotel with a beautiful ambiance, however the service does not match the five star rating at all. Our rooms were beautiful with a picturesque ocean view. As expected, it was clean and comfortable. However, in a hot place like Hoi An, not providing unlimited water is not acceptable when even 3 star hotels do this. “We stayed in the 3 bed beachside villa with private pool and it was worth every penny. Had a great time with wonderful facilities and great service. The only thing is the photos are not accurate-there is no stove to cook on, however room service and restaurants on site are great. Definitely come here again.”
