We love the property. Had trouble with the keyless door pad. But after a few calls they remotely changed the code and we were able to get into the property. The next day late afternoon we discovered we had no hot water. Called the emergency # and they got Will to call us to try to resolve the issue. He was great! Came out about 8pm and determined it needed a new thermostat. Offered to go to Lowe’s, but that was 1/2 hour away. Told him to wait till morning. He came back at 9 the next morning and took about 15 mins to fix! We were back in business!! Everyone we spoke with and Will were polite and very helpful! Even with the hiccups we really enjoyed our stay! One last thing, the door had a sticker on it with the number of the previous management company, which we called when we couldn’t make the keyless pad work. They were very nice and told us they no longer handled that property. Might want to remove that sticker!!
