“Rooms clean, gym had everything for a usual gym goer, food was really good, but pricy but you get what you pay for. Staff were polite, weren’t always present at the bar or on reception but when they were there they really friendly. Rooms weren’t very soundproof but didn’t matter too much. Jacuzzi was really nice. Overall, would reccomend and visit again. ”

“Well from the welcome to the last minute we could not fault this place. Location fantastic with great views of the River Dee. All the staff weee super friendly even the manager/owner! We checked in slightly early at 13:30pm, had a couple of drinks in the bar to then later on having evening meal all fab. Plenty of choice on the menu and delicious.. “The house suited our needs, however the lounge was upstairs although on the plans it was on the ground floor and we had elderly parents who couldn’t climb the stairs. We arrived to overflowing bins which smelt very bad and they weren’t sorted until the following morning. The photographs are clearly out of date as the accommodation is tired and is used as a HMO.”
