A 12 person weekend getaway made easy by the hosts. Clean, spacious, and well equipped. Game room, hot tub, and pool made the stay extra fun! Will book again!

The house was absolutely stunning. It's perfect for a family gathering.. There's more than enough space for everyone. We didn’t want to leave. It rained during our weekend, but we just enjoyed the house. The communication was superb.

The home was nice and was very clean, enjoyed hot tub as well. The one thing that was disappointing was that Vrbo helped us find this and i specifically asked for pool and hot tub and the pool was a sludge green. I read the pool dates afterwards but why would they find what i was looking for and were not be able to use it.

Joseph was great at communicating. We got there a bit earlier than planned and we were able to call him to unlock the door for us. The house was so nice and clean! It was spacious enough for all of us and we really enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed! We also enjoyed the little snack basket the host left us. That was so generous. He also gave us plenty of thrash bags, washing machine detergent pods, enough toilet paper and even coffee pods and ketchup packets! We did not have any issues with anything not working or running out of anything. The place was about 15 minutes from downtown Hot Springs in small roads but it was nice because it felt safe and quiet. We were offered 50% off to stay an extra day which was perfect because we had rain on one day which dampened our plans. We highly recommend Buckstaff Bathhouse if you stay here. It was very nice to get pampered and the Hot Springs water made our skin extra soft. We also did the crater of diamonds and no we didn’t find any diamonds, just a lot of mud! We did make wonderful memories here and would love to come back!
I made croissant sandwiches for breakfast one morning. Love the new oven! It was clean. The kitchen was very organized and it was easy to find everything we needed to cook with.

Nice house

Our family had a wonderful stay at this house. The house was clean and well laid out. The communication with the owner was fantastic. The house was a little smaller than we expected with 14 people it was a little tight. The pool needed a little bit of work, but still useable. There were a couple of maintenance issues but overall the house is very nice.

Wonderful place to stay for our group!

The process was smooth, beds were comfortable, very well laid out property and the instructions were clear. The yard needed a little work (needed mowed and groomed) but we weren’t outside much due to being in town for a Ladies Conference so it wasn’t a problem for us. It would be a perfect place for a large family getaway or any large group. Plenty of space!

Wonderful Home

We came as a family to enjoy the horse races and Hot Springs and this was the perfect place for us! There were plenty of comfortable beds, a fully stocked kitchen where I cooked breakfast every morning, a hot tub to relax in, and an attentive host! We couldn't have asked for a better home away from home!

Great place for large family

We had a great time with ALL the family for an early Christmas get-together. Close to everything away from all the traffic. Game room was great for the kids, hottub was great for the girls to hang out in and we even baked Christmas cookies in the fully equipped kitchen.

Relax, and recharge before school

Nice quiet neighborhood, close to walmart and dollar general for quick trips for things you forgot. We have 5 boys (21, 19, 17, 15 & 12) - they loved the game room in the garage & of course the swimming pool was a big hit too. Cooked most of our meals at the house and had plenty of pots & pans. The charcoal grill outside was nice too. Lots of room to spread out, beds were comfortable. Great communication with the owners. The dishwasher was broken when we arrived, but Joe had a repairman come look at it & got it fixed before we left. Would definitely recommend!!!

Amazing Hot Springs home for a memorable family vacation!

Our families from Michigan and Texas stayed at the Lake Hamilton Carriage House during the 2024 4th of July week. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. We had a great time and built a lot of good memories. We chose this home due to the large size to accommodate our 4 families, pets and a 2 year old child. The bedrooms were large and very comfortable. The master suite felt like a luxury spa! It was a nice touch to have USB ports by the bedside! We were in the middle of a heat wave in Hot Springs during our stay with temperatures reaching 100 degrees Fahrenheit with a real feel of 110 degrees!! The AC units worked very well keeping the home very cool day and night. We also jumped into the large pool to cool off! It was a big hit with our 2 yr old grandson! The kitchen is well equipped with all modern equipment including an Emeril Lagasse toaster/rotisserie/air fryer. The Keurig coffee maker was a big hit. Several pots and pans including bakeware, plates and bowls were available. We prepared and enjoyed many meals. There are many smart TVs around the house. The Wi-Fi worked great for our phones and laptops. The location is good. We wish it was a little closer to Lake Hamilton. There is a Walmart 2 miles from the house to stock up on supplies for your stay. The automated check in and check out process was very convenient. Joe was very engaged and communicative throughout the entire process and answered all our questions. Highly recommended for your next family vacation!

This was a great location and a perfect home. Nice and comfortable as well as fun. It provided spaces for those who wanted to relax and fun for those who wanted to play.
