Happy Times

We always have great times at the house on Lake Hamilton. We have ski boat and fishing boat for the family and the little ones can swim and play at the dock! The kitchen is well stocked and convenient.

Excellent but could be better

3 senior couples stayed for 4 nights. The location was about a 15 minute drive to Hot Springs National park where we checked out Bathrow and did some hiking in the park. Neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Enjoyed the view of the lake and wildlife from the balcony and dock. The interior of the house was spacious and clean. . To make it better may we suggest the following: the TV's in the house were confusing or not functioning correctly. While the TV's would turn on we could not get past the main menu screen. The TV in the kitchen area had 5 remotes on the table. Very confusing. Next, the balconies need to be cleaned up, chairs and tables wiped and the downstairs patio has broken chairs and rusty BBQ. Also there was a broken light on one of the ceiling fans in the downstairs bedroom with the king bed. I assume thats why the ceiling lights did not work. Your guest book needs some updating, including check out directions that are different from the ones we received via text message. All minor things that did not distract from an excellent stay!

Perfect !

We had 14 in our party, 5 kids under the age of 5. The house is so spacious!!! Plenty of room. Everyone LOVED the theatre and pool table. We spent a lot of time on the dock fishing and sitting on the deck. It is so close to Oaklawn and downtown. Perfect for our big family.

Amazing property!

Perfect for a Guys’ Golf Trip!We recently stayed at this lake house in Hot Springs for a guys’ golf getaway, and it completely exceeded our expectations. The property was the perfect blend of peace, comfort, and outdoor beauty — we couldn’t have asked for a better spot.The lake views were stunning, and the entire place had a calming, nature-infused atmosphere that made it easy to unwind after long days on the course. From the cozy, well-furnished interior to the awesome, every space was thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and fun. It was the best of both worlds — secluded enough to feel like a retreat, but still just minutes from the best that Hot Springs has to offer.The house was spotless, well-stocked, and had everything we needed. The host was incredibly responsive and made the whole process seamless. We made some unforgettable memories here, and it’s safe to say this will be our go-to spot whenever we’re back in the area.Highly, highly recommend for groups, guys’ trips, or anyone looking to kick back in style by the water!

Everything was great!

This house is extremely spacious and well kept. The movie room and other entertainment areas were a nice touch! The one thing I didn’t realize is that there wasn’t any sort of body wash or shampoo/conditioner provided. Thankfully, there is a CVS right down the road in case you’re like us and don’t bring those things with you.

Plenty of space to visit

Our multi generational family(aged from 76 down to 23) visited for a couple of days and we had plenty of room to spread out. Jessica was very prompt in helping when we had a small issue with a miscommunication on cleaning at check in. She got a crew over promptly while we were out to dinner and the house was fresh and clean when we returned. It was a great visit with my family and I would recommend this house for groups visiting the hot springs area.

Great retreat

This place was perfect for a high school group of nine ladies turning 70 this year. There was plenty of room, and the view was amazing. Parking was a little tricky because of snow and a steep driveway, but we made it work. Check-in was easy. Neighbors out shoveling snow were very friendly and helpful! We would definitely come again.

Friends Trip

Our stay was perfect. The listing was as described. The beds were super comfortable, and the house is huge. The kids could hang out downstairs while the adults relaxed upstairs. The lake was relaxing and not very deep, so the kids enjoyed hopping in, even in mid-October. We will happily stay here again!!
