Amazing Time

I would not mind coming back and booking this house again and again. I loved the kitchen and the feel of the home was perfect for a family get away. The marina was not far my husband drove from the marina to the dock in the backyard and we were out on the lake! The neighborhood is quit and peaceful but close to so many restaurants and stores if needed.

Great Getaway

Ever wish you knew someone with a small house near downtown Hot Springs but also on the water? This is the place. Comfortable accommodations in a neighborhood setting with TV’s in every bedroom, a nice family room, a deck, a boat dock, and an updated kitchen. This is all you need to enjoy your stay!

Lovely Property on Lake Hamilton

This was a neat little house in a lovely neighborhood. We were in town for a wedding and with the races causing the hotels to charge outrageous nightly amounts, this was the perfect place for my wife and I and my father. We'd stay here again in a heart beat.

Great place for a girl’s trip!!

The house was listed accurately and was great for our girl’s trip. The lake view was beautiful and we were less than 5 miles from downtown Hot Springs. The beds were all comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and there were a ton of bath towels. When we had trouble getting in with the code initially, the owner answered immediately and fixed our issue. Would definitely recommend!

Our experience

Super quiet neighborhood with easy access to Hot Springs. Sitting on the boat dock was very enjoyable and neighbors were friendly. Good neighborhood to take a walk in. We were asked to wash towels before we left, housekeeping had left washed sheets and pillow cases in the washer that had soured, we washed and dried them and also started the towels.

Lovely home and great location

The home was so pretty inside! Retro and cool, artsy and comfortable. The master bedroom and living room view of the channel and back yard was amazing. It is not on the big lake, it’s on a channel. We enjoyed sitting on the deck when it wasn’t raining or too humid. Nice big umbrellas on the deck. Did not get to use the grill or go down to the dock much. Weather didn’t cooperate. Many mature trees and birds to watch in the yard. Neighbors were friendly. Quiet neighborhood. Super location, 5-15 minutes to everything around. The yard and exterior could use some love to match all the work done on the interior of the house, but that didn’t matter to us. Really great stay. Champagne and snacks were waiting when we arrived. It served our needs perfectly. Highly recommend!

Great family weekend
