We had a wonderful stay at this home! Very clean. Great set up for families with kids. My kids loved the games, ping pong table, and fishing off the dock. Owner was great with communication and answering questions before our stay! Would definitely recommend staying here!

The water view was excellent. Five of us stayed comfortably four days. The house was immaculate with nice furnishings. There was plenty of room for everyone to gather around for a movie or to visit. Both the patio and balcony were a pleasant retreat in the morning and evening. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent House

This was one of the cleanest homes we have ever stayed at. I was amazed at the cleanliness. It is 100% as advertised, no "gotchas" here. Photos are accurate and they have literally thought of everything. We cooked most meals and had all the equipment necessary to do so including things like tin foil, ziplocs for extras and even an ice cream scoop! It was very cold winter time during our stay but in the warm weather I imagine this is a divine location esp for families as they have several gaming items - console for us old folk and looked like fun stuff in the garage (but too cold for us this time ha). Host was very communicative and responded very quickly to messages. I didn't have anything to message about no complaints, but we did chat a few times. Wonderful highly recommend!! The internet was excellent too which was very important for us as this was a working vacation for the two of us!

Great property. They had everything we needed.

We loved our stay here. The property was furnished with everything we needed. The games in the garage was a hit, especially when the rain came in. Will be looking up this house again. My only complaint (which has nothing to do with the house), were all of the dogs across from the property that barked all morning.

Quiet, family (& pet) friendly house

The house is true to the listing, with plenty of space for family time and games. The backyard area is small, and quiet, with friendly resident geese that like to come and beg for crumbs by the dock. The property location is great, close to a grocery store and restaurants without being downtown. Just an FYI to future customers, there is not a super defined path to the front door, but most of the traffic was through the garage anyway. Would book again.

Relaxing and laid-back

This was one of the most relaxing vrbo stays my husband and I have enjoyed. We loved sitting on the back porch and looking at the river. Our two pups enjoyed the back yard. The house was clean and very comfortable. Wifi was a plus because we did bring work with us. And tv was set up so we could use our streaming passwords. Access is on the side and the ground is a bit uneven but we were able to come and go as needed. Great location; easy to get to restaurants and grocery store. Chris was quick to get back to us with answers to our questions. All in all, a really laid-back mini-vacation!

Exceeded expectations

The house was immaculate. The kitchen was fully equipped. I actually packed some essentials that I didn’t even unpack. We took our small dog and it was perfect setting for him. The air conditioned garage was set up as a game room. We played ping pong for the first time in years. Our only problem is we wished we had booked one more night.

Hot Springs on the lake

Oh my goodness! This place was amazing! The owners have thought of everything and the unit is stocked very well. The games were a big hit, and everyone played pacman and galaga. Highly recommend!!!

Such a beautiful house!

We didn't expect the house to be so beautiful and comfortable. It has the tranquility and accessibility to any amenity around Hot Springs that we were looking for. It is perfect in all aspects with the decor, the games and supplies. The restaurants around are very good. This place deserves another visit soon. We are very pleased.

This place is perfect!

We love lake Hamilton and this house! It’s perfect lots of space, a play room, right on the water in a quiet cove, and the owners are amazing! Out coffee maker stopped working and Chris responded immediately and we had one within an hour! We definitely book again!

Lovely getaway spot on Lake Hamilton

The property was spotless, everything seemed brand new. There was plenty of space for everyone ( two couples, two kids and one teenager). Being right on the water was fun, we were able to keep our boat rental right outside the door.
