Hot Springs vacay

We loved the house! It had plenty of space for my husband, myself, my mom and two teenagers. The neighborhood was very safe and beautiful.Travel time to the convenience store was a 10 minute drive and 20 minutes to downtown Hot Springs.

great getaway

this was a great place to spend the weekend with friends. very clean and enough space for everyone. gas grill was good, tanks filled and ready to go. everyone enjoyed. the thermostat we didnt know how to operate, so the downstairs apt temp could not be adjusted. stuck on 65 very cool. other than that, it was fine ( the 4 rating)

Everything was wonderful! Had all the essentials that were needed for a stay. Only thing I would suggest for your wonderful and beautiful home would be seating. It was only the 4 of us but for 6 maybe I would have another small sofa for seating.

Quiet Getaway

We had a nice and relaxing NYE getaway. This property was comfortable for our family of 4. Things to note: 1. The beds are comfortable and there were plenty of extra blankets/pillows. 2. The guest shower does not get hot, it was barely warm. 3. The listing is confusing. It's listed as a 4/3 but it's actually a 3/2 and says further down that there is an extra charge for the studio (1/1). When I went back and changed the number of people to 8 the price was the same. We did not have access to the studio. When I called, I was told there was an extra charge of $100/night for that space. It's not clear and should be updated to reflect the correct price. It would have been nice to have that space available as it's what I thought I was renting per the listing. All in all our trip was great!

Wonderful property

This property was really great! It was clean and well-appointed…loved all the books! We had our morning coffees out on the back deck while taking in the views and watching the hummingbirds. It was very serene. Great location. My only suggestion would be to indicate where the community pool is located…we had no idea where it was and just drove around for a while until we stumbled upon. But so glad we did because the pool was awesome! Would definitely recommend this property!

Great weekend getaway

Beautiful home and location. Faucet drip in guest bath with little water pressure in the shower there. Master bath was fine. AC was cold and perfect for the hot weather.

Quiet and clean

Overall, enjoyed our stay a lot. Quiet area. Comfortable beds, great deck and view. Plenty of hot water. Very clean. Requested replacement of one of our gate cards that didn't work and it was provided within an hour. Does need a different couch. It's too low and very uncomfortable. Also wish the beds had lightweight bedspreads, the comforters were too heavy for summer.

Mini Family Vacation

This place was very nice & clean! There was extra room downstairs but we ended up not needing it. My hubby wasn’t able to go with us so we were able to just use the 3 bedrooms. A couple of the grandkids got to sleep with Nenaw. The little ones enjoyed the big deck & looked for lizards, granddaddy long legs & bugs everytime they went out on the deck. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

Beautiful Home

This house is absolutely beautiful! We had a few minor issues, the link sent by the realty company for directions was broken, but a quick phone call took care of that. There were some cleaning issues/broken items, but nothing major and we let the company know. Do be sure to bring a blow dryer and additional pans because there was only one pan and a couple pots. But the bedding was perfect, the view spectacular and the stay very nice.

Review of stay

Only one bathroom shower worked. We only had one gate card for multiple vehicles, there were no wash clothes and towels were old and outdated. Beautiful home and very clean. Great location just need to fix the showers and make sure towels, wash cloths and key cards are fixed.

Very comfortable and loved the location
