Great Lake House

We absolutely loved our time together on the lake. The house was clean and functional. Communication with the owners was easy and clear. We had three couples and 2 singles and there was plenty of room for everyone. Checkout was easy as well. Thanks for a great memory! (Note- we like to cook and we like particular cooking utensils so we did bring some of our own pans etc and that was good to have.)

Clean with all the amenities and great hosts!

Stayed here for a girls trip and had a wonderful time. In a nice area with a great view. The property was super clean, well stocked, lots of thoughtful amenities. Check in and out was a breeze, and all communications with the hosts were thorough and timely. Overall great place to stay!

Very Pleasant house!

Only suggestion I have is bigger beds. House was very cozy and spacious. Family loved the hot tub and capability of fishing everyday! House had everything needed. Would stay again!

Beautiful and relaxing

Place was beautiful. So relaxing and cozy. Nice that had 3 baths. We all loved it very much! I gave 4 out of 5 stars only because master bed needs to be completely replaced. All of it. I would actually stay again if mattress and bed was replaced.

Easter vacay with the family!

We had a family Easter weekend celebration and stayed in this wonderful home! Close to town! Beautiful back porch and fire pit area by the water! The hot tub is amazing! A goose and some ducks came by and hung out everyday! We were very pleased and had a great time!

Enjoyable Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and comfortable. It was very peaceful sitting on the deck. The hosts very quickly responded to our questions. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone visiting the area.

Loved this place!

Excellent location with beautiful view of the water. To cold to get in the water but sure enjoyed the hot tub! Close to everything we wanted to do. House was very well equipped with kitchen items. Would definitely stay again. Loved the town and everyone is so friendly.

Overall, we had a pretty good stay. I give it 4 stars because it’s claims 4 bedrooms which makes us believe 4 private spaces. However you have to walk through one “bedroom” to get to a bathroom and the other bedroom. Another problem was the lack of knowledge in their own bed set up. They said one was a king and it was not. They said there were 2 pull out couches and there was only one with a mattress about 2 inches thick that was sunken in. The actual beds were also very uncomfortable. The parts we enjoyed most were the hot tub, being right next to the lake and being able to swim right off the back yard, and the fire pit. Sleeping just wasn’t great here. The property management company was very responsive and did drop off an air mattress for the lack of sofa bed.

Great weekend here!

The house was totally spotless and clean, which is always a great way to start a rental experience. The location was great. We rented a boat for the weekend so being able to use the boat slip was wonderful. Plus, being in a cove and having a swim ladder gave the kids plenty of opportunity to swim when we weren’t on the boat. The beds and bathrooms could use some updates and it would have been great to have TVs in all the bedrooms for late night movie watching. But I would stay here again for sure! Thank you for having us!

Excellent place to stay!

The house was very nicely decorated and kept up and had a warm welcoming feel to it. The back deck was our favorite place to sit and relax. Overhead Fans were a great addition! Beautiful morning and evening views. No issues from start to finish.

Family Trip 2024

The house is exactly as pictured, clean and spacious. We only had five in our group and didn't have a need for the bunk room. We loved the quiet location but close enough to everything and beautiful backyard. The outdoor covered deck was so relaxing to just sit and hang out even in the hot weather and hot tub is very large and nice. Host Chris is super at communicating and ensuring your needs are met.

Very peaceful!

This property is amazing! We had an issue getting the tv to work in the kids room, but that doesn’t stop the 10/10 rating! The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and cleaned. The beds were comfortable. My kids said the bunk beds were hard compared to their beds at home, and again, that doesn’t stop the 10/10 rating! The deck was was extremely gorgeous! You can not go wrong with a covered deck with fans! Overall, this house was one of my favorites! The neighborhood was lovely and quiet. My family and I rent a house in Hot Springs every year around this time and this is the only house that everyone agreed to rent again if available next year!
