El peor servicio de mi vida , la recepcionista Michelle nos trató como basura , el servicio estaba ripiado y nadie nos quiso ayudar, tuvimos que bajar a usar sanitarios fuera del hotel

The building was convenient . It was closer to the airport which is a great thing . The place was quiet and relaxing and the staff was amazing

I never stay in this hotel and they still try to charge me 306$ and 81.79 twice on my bank account . This hotel didn’t have elevator so I couldn’t stay . The staff just minute I call my ride to go to another hotel then offered me A room downstairs and really it was late with my elderly parents and all the inconveniences n hotel situation even worse . I asked them many time to cancel if they didn’t have elevator and I went in person

The lady at the desk was very nice. I only want to complain that the Elevator was out, and I was on the 4 floors with a baby.

Overall it was a good stay, walls were super thin I could hear everything but that was it. Hallways did smell but I’m sure that was due to people cooking

The whole floor had a strong horrible odor. The room smelled bad as well. The elevators did not work so we had to carry luggage and go in and out by walking three flights of stairs. Vending machines also did not work, no ice either. Still have no received my deposit back into my bank account either so I will be calling to dispute the charges. Save your money and look elsewhere.

It was ok until the last day when the elevator got stuck with someone in it and my daughter had to inform the front desk, because the young lady was not aware.she then came and check on the person who was in the elevator. Then we was told to use the stairs which we was on the third floor and my legs were hurting and swollen from the stairs. It was fix by morning when we left thank God we had a lot of stuff to load and it would have been a lot to climb the stairs back and forth.

Somebody was staying in my room before I came, the front desk lady had to go “and check something really quick” when I arrived they forgot to flush the toilet, is full with people on drugs, terrible experience

Had to wait 10min to get someone at the desk to check us in . Elevator floor was dirty had balls of hair on it and was still there the next day when check out time. Room bedside is played loud music for hours rooms and building has a weird scent water pressure In sink had low water pressure

Staff was very friendly, but these rooms are very basic. No frills. The coffee bar in the morning is a thermos, and it was empty when I got to it. The room was clean and mattress was comfortable, but not luxurious.

This is a one star “hotel” that feels on par with a dorm room. Front desk closes at night. Sketchy. Doesn’t give off vibes of safety or cleanliness. I guess you get what you pay for
