“El hotel canceló mi reserva ”

“We stayed at this hotel as a last minute overnight stay to come to point Pleasant for the Labor Day weekend. The towels were dirty with brown striations, the sheets were old, antique dingy, white bedsheets had stains. There was dust and spiderwebs everywhere. There is no Wi-Fi available to the customers and even for a one night stay when...

“Best part of the property was the front desk staff. Very positive, very helpful and very pleasant. Free coffee was a nice touch. The facility are made up of 8 small rooms with bathrooms, king bed and decent amenities. Overall clean place and just seconds from the beach. Parking is a bit difficult as you have to back out each time you leave, and the parking spaces are tight.”

“The front desk upgraded me to a bigger and better room, that was great. ”
