“We stayed two nights in a three-bedroom villa with two young kids and their grandparents. We are sensitive to cleaning chemicals but none of us had any reaction, no smell, so we could fully relax at the villa. The waterpark and the bigger pool were amazing, entertained our kids all the time, literally almost all day. We could spot some warrabies in the property, which was a good bonus. “The room was beautiful. Mix of modern and rustic. Everything was clean and well maintained. We had towels changed over and our room tidied even though it was only a 2 night stay which was a surprise.
We loved sitting on the balcony facing the vineyard and listening to the array of birds.
Would love to stay here again for a future visit.”

“Elegant room. Jetted spa bath leaked but didn’t impact our stay. Bed mattress was a bit soft for my liking but I’m sure others like it, just wasn’t very supportive. TV offered stream play from photo to tv, however was extremely laggy and unwatchable when we tried. Staff were lovely and grounds were picturesque.”

“Telephone disrupted our sraybevery day missing calls and unknown persons calling we gave to call Reception and disengage unit. Friday night and Saturday the noise coming from the restaurant till midnight make us impossible to rest and sleep , no wonder we found earplugs in room , we sincerely believe that we deserve a refund and an apology , the cleaning service was good but the above make our stay during Friday night and Saturday miserable ”

“The bathrooms need to be redone as they have mould. We were looking forward to using the spa bath but didn’t as the jets were mouldy and had soap scum.
The rooms are a nice size. Staff are beautiful”
