“What a perfect stay for a young family (kids 4 and 7). We enjoyed the early check in that was available (at 11:30am even though website said generally the rooms were available from 3pm), but we got lucky that a room was vacant). The pool was the perfect temperature, the water park was so much fun for the kids, the cocktails were delicious, and oh my god that buffet for breakfast was incredible!! Thanks for a memorable stay! We are definitely coming back when we return to the Hunter! Very good...

“It’s always a great get away at Chateau Elan. Love everything about it. Check in was very good, the rooms were very comfortable, clean and well equipped. The view was wonderful and the kangaroos randomly hopping past our door an added bonus. Loved it!”

“Telephone disrupted our sraybevery day missing calls and unknown persons calling we gave to call Reception and disengage unit. Friday night and Saturday the noise coming from the restaurant till midnight make us impossible to rest and sleep , no wonder we found earplugs in room , we sincerely believe that we deserve a refund and an apology , the cleaning service was good but the above make our stay during Friday night and Saturday miserable ”
