“The place exceeded my and my family's expectations, a very cozy place, clean, tidy, with all the comforts. We felt at home. We would return. Teresa was an excellent host, she left us a welcome letter, a property manual, suggestions for restaurants and activities nearby, a very quiet neighborhood. I only recommend putting salt on the entrance stairs to prevent snow accumulation and avoid an accident. For everything else. Wonderful experience”

“This is a nice condo with lots of room a well stocked kitchen. I have rented numerous properties over the years and without a doubt, I have never had an owner as organized as Kenneth. The condo is located in Incline Village, as good a starting point as any for your Tahoe adventures. If you have access to a vehicle, there are lots of things within an hour. I would stay here again. ”

“My husband and I had stayed in this unit before. This time, we stayed for 11 nights in this very nice condo. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook. The deck (with a gas grill) is mostly private and is perfect for morning coffee, lunch, an evening beverage, or just relaxing in peaceful surroundings. (A plus: The lamps have bright enough bulbs to read by, unlike most other condos.) Check-in and check-out are easy. Hint: Take a short walk down Incline Way to a nice path...

“The bed wasn't great and the place had no A/C, so in the summer I wouldn't want to stay for more than a night, but the grounds were lovely with a cute little waterfall right outside the front door. Check-in was a breeze (no idea why other reviewers complained about that). “Loved the view, cabin inside was clean other than gooey sticky coffee on the bottom of the pot. Also said no pets but definitely had been a pet in there. My husband has severe animal allergies and sneezed and wheezed constantly when inside. Hammock outside was disgustingly filthy. Also table and chairs had not been cleaned.”

“The location is ideal for using town amenities, very peaceful. Easy access to unit with back stairs and conveniently near to garage. Happy the owners provided fans to cool the unit during the heat wave, made the experience comfortable. Would be nice if the carpet was removed from the unit. Showing age and not best choice for a rental. Windows also need some maintenance, hard to operate for ventilation. Over all a nice experience and would stay again.”
