“Sunrise is a very special place for myself and my partner however this past experience wasn’t the best. We had a few issues with the room that was not addressed by the local reps for several days after being reported.”

“The code i was sent did not open the keypad. There was a padlock with a space key but i did not get a code to that. I called customer service which kept me on hold for over an hour. Meanwhile i was outside and temperatura had dropped significally which made matters worst. Once i got a code and entered the property I wanted to take a hot shower but the shower had no water pressure. A small cold trickle came out which was not ideal. ”
