Once we finally got into the Condo, we discovered that there were no towels or wash cloths in the bathroom, it took 3 hours, of multiple messages to finally get them delivered by the housekeeper, who just left them outside the door without letting us know. On top of that, the gas stove only had two working burners. I was informed it was a "new stove," but they had done some remodel the week before and...
