“a little bit of Old Florida and seaside living. These old beach properties have been substantially renovated and now provide a modern feel. Lots of little touches - beach wagon, chairs, umbrella; gas & charcoal grills; pool; boat ramp and dock; kayaks; etc. - all make for an enjoyable brief stay.”

“Enjoyed walking out the door, through the patio, right on to the beautiful beach. Comfortable bed. Kitchen well equipped. A couple restaurants within walking distance over the bridge. Already missing the sunsets. ”

“We loved it here! Perfect location close to the beach and my parents who spend their winter in Venice. We enjoyed sunsets on the beach every night. Lovely neighborhood for walking. Very nice pool. The unit was great for me and my husband and our 3 kids ages 15-26. Staff was very quick to respond to any request. Can’t wait to visit again!”

“If this location were anywhere else, it would only be a 4-star accommodation. However, this happens to have a beach as it's backyard, so the extra star is earned. I will say the property was very clean, check in was a breeze, and there was no noise or issues from the other guests. It was also an unexpected perk to have access to beach chairs and umbrellas. Unfortunately we found the beds pretty uncomfortable and there was evidence of a big water leak on the ceiling in the screened in porch....
