“Our first stay post-hurricanes. The owners did a nice job repairing, updating and refining the property. The paver patio was very spacious and much more usable than the deck. It was nesting season, and we were able to witness three loggerhead turtles come ashore at night -- magical!The new palm trees offered breathtaking views at sunset. The cottage was fresh and new and wonderful!”

“The beds were fantastic. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom. Decorated in a coastal theme. All appliances, dishes and cookware that you might need. Easy walk to the beach. Screened porch and outside table, chairs and umbrella. Very quiet street. Thank you for a great stay.”

The other places we stay were detroyed by Milton last year. Kozy Cottage maybe our new place to stay in Englewood. Host trrrific and attentive to our needs.”

“Wonderful, charming, comfortable and convenient place to stay! The hostess and host are lovely people who we can be comfortable with! It is cutely decorated with beach theme! All the conveniences of home and then some! We’ve stayed several times over the years and will continue to, as long as its available! “For our girls getaway we like to have a pool, the ocean, a comfortable place to stay and a deck with a view to read and relax. The place was very comfortable, the pool was great, the ocean a 1/2 mile walk and the lanai was nice as well. There wasn't much of a view as it overlooked the main road - which you can't tell from the pictures. Overall a great place to stay and experience Siesta Key.”

“my friends and I traveled from across the country to meet for our annual “girls” trip. Location is amazing. You can walk to the beach, you can rent cabanas and there are lounge chairs for your use. The pool is sparkling and the trolley stop is right outside the property entrance. I just love Siesta key and this is a wonderful place to get away from it all, but have easy access to all of the fun and shopping. ”

“I spent a weekend here and it was absolutely wonderful! The place is small, but perfect. It was so clean and nicely decorated. It had everything I needed and the location to the Siesta Key Village and Beach was just a short walk. Check in and out was so easy and communicating with the hosts was a breeze. I cannot say enough good things about this place. I highly recommend for couples or anyone traveling alone. I would stay here again without a doubt! ”

"Remodelada creo hace unos dos años nos pareció super cómodo al desayuno si no logramos llegar pero nos gustó,regresaríamos.Hay restaurantes a solo 3 min caminando y eso nos gustó pudimos celebrar el día d ellas madres en u restaurante mexicano que está cerca muy bueno."
