Newly renovated- looks new with remodeled bathroom and kitchen. Lots of room for two 3. Beautiful views of the ocean. Nice deck to sit and enjoy the sight 4. Parking space- nice to have car to explore the island Cons 1. Very sparse- only 2 towels and hand towels, would be nice to have more as well as wash clothes....

“This property is new and very clean. It is located walking distance to Edgartown Center and Grocery Store. Short drive to South Beach. It is on a busy St and the only draw back is the traffic is loud in the AM. If your an early riser this is not an issue. The owner has been very helpful and always answered my questions promptly. We would def rent again here.”

“Steps going up and down could be challenging for seniors, especially if you have heavy luggage. Space was great but the steps were in between the bedroom and the kitchen without any railing or door. Very convenient location to all ferries and activities. Try Mac’s in Chatham for lobster and seafood.”
