“We stayed in the 2-bedroom condo and it was lovely! Just the right amount of space for a family of 4. The condo was very clean and spacious. Property was conveniently located right across the road from the beach. My only complaint would be that perhaps the mattress (or mattress pad) could be replaced as it was a little dipped down in the middle)... but otherwise, loved this property!”

“This apartment was a great location to walk to the shops and restaurants in Oak Bluffs. We typically don't rent 1 bed/1 bath properties but we would rent this one again. It was very large and very clean and comfortable. The morning sun, coming in from over the ocean was beautiful each morning and we could sit out on the balcony with our coffee and people watch. We rented a car, only to explore the rest of the island and that, too, was a convenient walk, less than a block away. All in all,...

“My wife, sister and I had planned this trip for a good while. Never being there on Cape Cod, we were not sure what to expect but our accommodations were fantastic. We had plenty of room, nice furnishings and friendly folks around us. Clean and good bed, what more could you want... Thx ”

“We stayed for three nights and were thrilled with the property, host, and location. Clean apartment close to edgartown and oak bluffs. Host communicates well and was very accommodating. Will be renting again. ”

“I booked this property with my adult daughter. We were so looking forward to this trip. We were so disappointed in this property. We could barely move around each other for lack of room. There was no place to store our belongings which meant we had to use our suitcases, which took up even more room. I would only recommend this property if you are traveling by yourself and with VERY LITTLE luggage. On the bright side, the view is spectacular and there are lots of cute little places to eat nearby....

“Clean, easy, quiet, spacious. The place was exactly as pictured on the listing and the hostess was so easy to work with! You do have to realize it's a basement apt so there is no outdoor seating, etc... (there is a grill though) but we were at the beach and eating out most nights so it was perfect for us! Would highly recommend! ”

“Very sweet place for short-term stay. Once on the island, owner was very communicative. The listing is accurate - if you want to cook meals, keep in mind that there is no stove, hot-plate, or toaster, so it worked for us for a weekend (although would have loved a toaster!) The only reason for the 4 stars on cleanliness was because there was a pair of socks from previous renter left in the bathroom, but otherwise clean! It was great with our dog - very comfortable, not overly precious but still...

“I stayed there with my 18 yo son. The house is brand new and doesn't look like anyone has ever stayed there. The owner's are wonderful and you can't beat the location. It's 10 min to Vineyard Haven. 10 min to Oaks Bluffs and 10 min from Edgartown. This house feel like staying in a high end hotel and the interior if beautiful. I can't recommend this house enough.”
