“Your check in is done on the computer. We did the pre registration and paid and according to instructions waited to be sent info to access our room. (supposed to be sent room # and access code for digital lock). A half hour before check in (4pm) we had no instructions and no staff in front office. We called, left a msg and after waiting in hot parking lot we went to a resteraunt, tried calling again, finally after emailing we got a text back that there was now a staff in the office. It got...

“Absolutely amazing experience at Rosemead House. It is like stepping into a magical wonderland. Beautiful property, building, rooms, restaurant. Delicious breakfast in an adorable setting. We weren't able to have dinner at the renowned restaurant, but will definitely go back again to enjoy that experience which is supposed to be sensational. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. HIGHLY recommend Rosemead and can't wait to visit again!!”
