John, the owner was very communicative and very easy to get a hold of. "Me gusto que el servicio al cliente fue muy simpático y amable. Los empleados me ayudaron con mi experiencia personal en mi tiempo en el hotel. El hotel era muy limpio y tuvo muchos pasatiempos como el alberca y los cuartos de juegos. Lo que no me gusto mucho es que no hubo información sobre el costo extra de estacionamiento por la noche. Aunque si lo hubiera pagado, me gustaría haber podido leer sobre eso en la página web."
