“ Very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was comfortable and had good sound proofing considering the TransCanada noise outside. Easy access to the ferries. Will stay here any time we travel through Nanaimo. ”

“The gentleman that checked us in was super helpful checking us in. Being a bit older than most, we need a ground floor if there is not elevator. He bent over backwards to make that happen and insisted that he help us with our luggage. We were taking the ferry the next morning, so he made sure to give us important info on getting there. He even had a breakfast ready for us to take when we left at 5:15 am. The reat of the staff was also super!! ”

“Property was clean and staff excellent but the area was uncomfortable with people sleeping on the sidewalk”

“I loved this place, it was amazing, honestly! There was some damages to the walls when i got there and some patch work that needed painting. But i was so looking forward to a warm bath. And then i find the drains been broken. Other than that it was bad. Maybe a rug under the bed.”
