“Property is beat up!!!! Entrance is dimmly lit and hasn't been painted in years. Stairs to the third floor apartment are VERY steep and make it difficult to get even a small suitcase up there safely. Balcony has a nice chairs, cute cushions and a view but is rickety and has a really rough surface. It's in serious need of sanding and painting. “The location was great short drive to restaurants and shopping. The bed was very comfortable. The host replied in a timely fashion when contacted . The shower was good but there was only 2-bath towels and one hand towel no wash cloths. The unit was to have a/c and a washer and dryer I had to call the host to find out that he had to get a handyman to install the window unit in the bedroom that did the whole place . “The property was very homey feeling and reasonably priced but for as many units there are, parking was insufficient. It’s definitely if you get a spot don’t go anywhere because you might not have a spot when you come back. Getting to the beach by vehicle and using gps took longer than getting back and that was surprising. Overall, loved the area.
