“We had a little villa with a spa bath and our own sunbeds directly in front of the terrace right at the shore. Overall, the villa is well laid out, and furnishings and decor are pleasant to look at. Our mattress was a bit worn and overdue for renewal and the pillows weren't great. The aircon was quite loud and squeaky. “Hotel has no elevator so need to climb 1 or 2 floors, with luggage if there’s no porter. Location quite near beach cafes and bars. Walking distance to city’s only shopping mall. Hotel rooftop has good view of sunsets. There’s a karaoke room and small coffee cafe in lobby ”

“I would like a refund for the accommodation. The property was not as advertised. There was no operating restaurant. The room was unclean The shutters on the windows broken. Overall very unsatisfactory and not what was represented. I would like my $1200 money returned.”

“Location was good, resort rooms/apartments need work as the are aged and run down, only 1 kayak didn’t leak, no bikes, grounds and pool/deck was good, iguanas are locked in a small cage with nothing and overcrowded (should be at least a small bird aviary with a tree/shrub them in it), food was good, u have to ask for rooms to be serviced (u might get it). We had no water a few times and couple of nights, Beach was good. ”

La gente del servicio es muy atenta, pero te tienes que acostumbrar al ritmo del Pacífico, con calma. Tienen wifi gratis en la recepción, no es una maravilla pero es constante, así que con paciencia ni tan mal.
