“Upon arriving at check in we were told of construction. In the elevator the sign reads “construction going on April-May starting at 8am daily” which just so happened to be right outside our door!! The inside of the condo was very clean and decorated nicely! Our condos ad said it was beachfront which I did not consider it to be beachfront. We could see the beach/ocean but it wasn’t beachfront in my eyes. We were there for Thunder Beach bike rally and parking for bikes is minimal….parking in...

“A very nice efficiency. It was clean, the bed was good, 2 tv’s, the bath was clean with good water pressure, and the kitchenette was adequate for our needs. The location is walking distance to Pier Park and other restaurants. The only negative is there is not a good view of the beach due to it being ground floor, however the pool is right out the door ”

“Perfect for two!!”

“location was excellent! Only downfall was bathroom was super tiny, the kitchen light didn’t work and the air unit was EXTREMELY loud and roared at random times during the night. Also the power was shut off at 7am for maintenance which made packing a little difficult but would stay again! ”

“The picture of the windows is not what you see but you take about 10 steps outside your door and you have chairs to oversee the pool and the ocean. The room was perfect and I would love to have the shower at my home. Checkin was easy, locaction was awesome and the pool and beach access was great. You even get chairs on the beach!”

“Top of the gulf is an amazing place to visit. When we arrived early, stay was very helpful and allowed us to use the pool and other facilities until our unit was ready. The unit was very clean and bright. Definitely a great experience and will definitely book again!”

“We enjoyed staying at this comfortable condo. The bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. It would have been nice to have more TV stations (we paid for Amazon Prime when we were there) and another chair to sit in to watch TV besides the one recliner. “I do not like the fact that I paid good money to stay 2 nights and then after booking and cancellation date passed I received an email stating parking was an additional $75. Then I arrive early which I was told I could and enter early for my entry codes not to work.”

“Nice Ocean view. Great place for a peaceful spring break. Plenty of things in town to keep the teens entertained. Might have to do it again next year.”

“Feel like the photos were misleading. Paint chipped walls, flooring coming apart, only view was of the highway, after staying we walked out with a bunch of bumps/ Bug bites. Overall not a good experience and do not recommend.”

“The room was perfect for a long weekend. We’ve stayed at the property a few times and it gets better every time. I could tell where the property had recently had major updates & was overall just better. We will definitely be better. ”

“I visited Carillon Beach #106 between Christmas and New Years and it was the perfect location. Clean and comfortable. Very walkable safe and friendly community. Pools were clean and hot tubs warm. Loved the included Beach Service and very sad to see that it has been removed as an aminity on the current listing. Will return.”
