“This property was veryclean except for some cobwebs, on-site owners were very pleasant to talk to the entry. Courtyard garden was very beautiful. It was a great setting for a relaxing getaway. My wife and I would recommend to our friends. Excellent access to the beach small parking space not recommended for large SUVs or trucks.”

“This is a great place for a couple to stay in Alameda. The cottage is beautifully appointed, quiet, and within easy walking distance of the Park Street shops. Safeway and Trader Joes are a five minute drive away. The adjoining gardens, which guests are free to use, are lovely. The cottage comes supplied with all the basics. We stayed there for 10 days and would definitely come again. John and Arthur were gracious hosts.”

“It was smaller than we are used to but a good distance out of San Francisco to get out of the big city. We wished it had a living room but it was not advertised to have one. Loved the kitchen space! Easy to find.”

“We loved this apartment. The unit is beautiful and stylish and very quiet. The bathroom especially is full of luxurious high end touches (like double shower heads and heated floors). The porch features gorgeous flowers and lovely resident hummingbirds.
