“I was surprised that there was 1 hand towel for 4 people, a question of basic hygiene. The clothes hanging dryer was very basic and difficult to open and close. The front door had been almost impossible to lock from the outside, a brand new door, but this should have been noticed by the cleaners. Otherwise the house was in good condition and very compact.”
