“A well equipped, very clean and tidy property located in a good area, less than 10 minutes walk from the beach and high street. Property would suit 6 adults and a child, with plenty of space and equipment. Kitchen is well served with utensils and crockery and the washing machine is a bonus if you have a small baby. Two shower rooms plus a bathroom are a bonus. The patio area is also a good feature. Communication with owner was excellent. Broadstairs is a nice place and a great base to explore...

“The house was lovely and had everything we needed and the location was great - a minutes walk into town. This came with the downside of no parking at the property but there was parking at the esplanades about 10 minute walk away - not a problem for us as we stayed mainly in Broadstairs. The restaurants, especially the Spanish tapas place was well recommended!! A great place to stay.”

“Winterstoke is a HUGE house with 4 massive double bedrooms and a large twin room. This does not feel like a holiday rental, it feels like a home. I have never stayed in a property that is so well appointed, every detail is covered. The quality of the house is really fantastic and incredibly comfortable. The back garden is lovely with a great area for entertaining, unfortunately it was freezing so we could not make use of it. We had a baby with us and the owner (sheila) had EVERYTHING...
