“This property is in a nice location close to the beach.
There’s everything you could possibly need in the chalet.
I liked the welcome we received very thoughtful and was very much appreciated.
Car parking is there too .
We will definitely be returning.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay at York Street. This was a return visit as the house is perfectly located for Shepherds Marina. The house is spotless and has a lovely garden/ outdoor seating. With 2 good sized clean and modern bathrooms and 3 bedrooms plus sofa bed in living room makes it perfect for a crew of 6-8.
The Island Holiday Company made booking and check-in very easy. We’ll be back next year!”

“Spacious house for 8 adults, enough cutlery and condiments to dine in. Loved the proximity to the sea and comfortable beds. Plenty to do in Sandown and the beach was lovely.
The biggest shame for us was the privacy glass. We chose this house for the views as my mother had an operation and needed to rest while we had fun. She couldn’t see the sea at all unless she stood up-other properties in the same block had clear glass. There was everything you needed except oven gloves and a hand towel,...
