Update as of December 2018: Dishwasher and all other appliances have been serviced and repaired. WiFi router was relocated to living room for better coverage. We now provide cleaning supplies such as dishwasher liquid, hand washing liquid, rags, washer detergent (for couple of loads), broom, mop and bucket. Mattresses are brand new and kept clean with mattress protectors. A new property management company is in charge of the house: BEACHHOME Costa Rica. They've been around since 2005 and have hotel management experience.

Update as of December 2018: Refrigerator and all other appliances have been serviced and repaired. Fridge is now dispensing water and ice with new filters and is not making noises. The new gas grill is working perfectly with its instant on ignition system. A new property management company is in charge of the house: BEACHHOME Costa Rica. They've been around since 2005 and have hotel management experience. They are easy to reach and answer any repair call very quickly.

Update as of December 2018: The house is under new property management by BEACHHOME Costa Rica. The new BBQ is working well and kept without rust and the propane tank system was replaced with a screw-on type typical for BBQs. The cabinets have been reattached. We now provide laundry soap, dishwashing detergent, dish soap, salt & pepper, paper towels, paper coffee filters. The house has new dishes and glasses and cutlery and many other things such as a large ice cooler to take to the pool and beach.

Merci Vanessa, nous avons re-equipée la cuisine avec plein de nouveaux outils pour 8 personnes. La maison a un systeme d'alarme electronique qui est tres facile d'utiliser. La maison est maintenant gerée para l'agence de location vacances BEACHHOME Costa Rica, qui a beaucoup d'experience depuis 2005.

Update as of December 2018: the house has new bedding complete with mattress protectors.
