“I stayed here twice and enjoyed the stay. It was a simple room with a fridge and cooktop that has a great price. It is great with a rental car. I would book again if it is available while I am staying in Vegas and want to stay off the strip.”

“It is a cozy and clean house, nice neighborhood, quiet, and respectful. The communication with the host was good. She was attentive and considerate. As I mentioned, it was clean, but not impeccable, the towels smell a little bit like humidity, and I think the sofas and carpet.need a good wash. One of the bedrooms was very small with only one nightstand and no TV inside. The master bedroom was nice though. The other thing, is that if you are sensitive to deodorizers, it’s full of glade plug ins ”

“Overall we had a great experience here! Check in was super easy, the host was easy to communicate with, and the location is in a nice quiet neighborhood. We were close enough to everything that commuting wasn’t a hassle, but still separated enough from everything to feel comfortable. It’s definitely a big enough house that everyone can have their own space & not feel like they’re piled on top of each other which is an added bonus! If we’re ever back in the area, I wouldn’t mind staying here...

“Easy location to airport, away from the casino world, excellent communication with owner. We were there for a family funeral and needed budget accommodation with a king bed and good wi-fi for remote working. This fit the bill. I was pleased that the unit did not use fragrance in cleaning supplies or laundry soaps. The unit was tidy (no old food or condiments in fridge!) When we asked for a fan, it was delivered promptly.
