“As you step in the lobby you are greeted by professional staff ready to give you the warmest of welcome. The hotel is clean and service quality # 1. “This was a beautiful hotel in Wuxi- we had wonderful rooms and the staff was very friendly. The only problem that I had was the room temperature. Perhaps a problem with Westerners like me, but I need a room to be at least down to 18-20 degrees Celsius/ 68 degrees Fahrenheit in order to sleep comfortably.
