"NO RESPETARON LOS BENEFICIOS QUE EXPEDIA ME DIO, diciendo que no tenía ningún crédito ni promoción. El agua fría salió sucia en la tina y en el lavabo, dijeron que era "normal" por el tiempo que lleva "estancada". La regadera tiene mucha presión, por lo que sufrí cuando me bañé. A pesar de ser un "clásico", le falta bastante mantenimiento. Al inicio me dieron una habitación que parecía ratonera (la última del hotel en el último rincón de todo, obvio tenía una iluminación y una vista terrible que ir daba a un embudo); de inmediato pedí mi cambio."

"The worst thing about the hotel is how dirty it is. This is the first time something like this has happened to me. When I arrived, the bathroom was dirty and smelled bad, the toilet was filthy, and the shower was full of mold. I have never stayed in a hotel like this before. The property in general smells bad because the level of cleanliness is very poor. The breakfast and snacks are very low quality. The Wi-Fi is extremely unstable, and during peak hours it is almost impossible to use the network properly. During peak hours the hot water system is not sufficient, and there is no hot water. In summer this may not be a big problem, but when the weather is cold it is very unpleasant. The staff is friendly and the hotel is well located, but there are better hotels in the area with a much better value for the price. This is the worst hotel I have stayed at in Mexico City."
