“Clean and great place to stay. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast is delicious. Pool is nice”

“I chose this hotel because it was 10 min by car from Surabaya Gubeng station. All staff that I encountered at this hotel was very nice. However it was not a hotel that I would want to come back and stay. 1. Breakfast: I personally did not think it was delicious compare to other three star hotels. 2. I stayed two nights. It was hot in the morning and I thought that the AC wasn't working so I switched a room for the second day. However the AC in the second room wasn't working on the next...

“Hotel comodo si necesitas realizar una conexion interna de avion, esta localizado en el mismo aeropuerto, buena relacion calidad precio”

“Comfy bed”

“Overall, my stay at Whiz Luxe Hotel in Surabaya was okay, but I was disappointed with the suite. Despite paying extra, the room felt very basic and didn’t offer much more than my parents’ standard room. I honestly didn’t feel the upgrade was worth the money. I also found the check-in process strange. Although I booked and paid for my own room, the front desk staff allowed my dad to sign my paperwork instead of asking me to sign it myself. “Excelente hotel en zona moderna de Surabaya, cercana a la Ciudad Vieja. Servicio excelente, buenas instalaciones y buenas vistas desde los pisos superiores. El recepcionista, Fray O. Muy amable y eficiente. Altamente recomendable. Desayuno buffet muy completo, con las especialidades locales más conocidas. ”

“convenient location near many shops , not too far from train stations . Clean but slightly smelly room upon arrival . Helpful and friendly staff . Outstanding breakfast buffet with huge choice and restaurant quality food , for just $6 AUD . I stayed here twice on seperate occasions and can highly recommend it /”

“excepcional. Instalaciones, desayuno, entorno ”

“Spacious family room with all amenities available.”

“Hotel muy bonito y muy clásico. Gran servicio y desayuno. ”

“Overall, my stay at Vasa Hotel was okay, but improvements are needed. Although I booked a suite, it didn’t feel much different from my parents’ standard room. They had a king bed, while mine seemed to have two twin beds pushed together, which creaked when I lay in the middle. I enjoyed the well-equipped gym, which had a separate yoga or Pilates room with mats. There also appeared to be a spa toward the back. Unfortunately, the pool was poorly maintained, with missing tiles that felt rough and...
