“En general bien. La atención del personal del hotel fue muy buena desde antes de que nos diesen las habitaciones. No obstante la hora de entrada (3 de la tarde) parece demasiado tardía. “Staff did not communicate with each other. I just checked in on my room when an old lady opened my door and went inside. It turns out, the old lady was a guest that checked out 2 hours ago but claimed she forgot something in the room. It seemed like they gave her a key card to access the room.
