“We stayed at this place and were treated like family. Denis and his beautiful wife will help you any which way they can to ensure you have a wonderful trip and all your needs are met. We stayed in one of the villas, place was clean, quiet and by the end of our trip it felt like home. The location is pretty central and close to everything, walking could be a bit of a challenge due to a busy road and hills so we rented a scooter and got to see so many things during our stay. “We stayed for a very cheap price compared to others and wondered why when we saw the very nice room and the good location of the hotel (main street, close to the beach). When at night we started smelling the toilet we thought that was the reason (we had read of sewer problems). However, the next day they moved us out to another room without the smell and proceeded to repair the toilet in our old room. “The location was excellent. We did not realize we were located right within the Kata night market until arrival, which was very convenient and a neat atmosphere. With the market going on daily, our stay and room was very quiet. The room was clean as well. Only thing that was odd was the bathroom window had open view to a balcony above across the way as we were on the 3rd floor. However we just closed the bathroom door.
