“We were happy with our stay. Our room was gorgeous and a nice size. The view from our patio/balcony oversaw Patong beach and the city. AC, TV, Wi-Fi all worked well. Staff were very nice. They kindly held our baggage after checkout for 6hrs before departing to airport without charge, thank you so much! The only cons are it’s a little pricy and located on a mountain/hill. There is a small convenience store nearby that you can access. It’s easier to walk 10mins downhill to the beach, restaurants...

“Group of 8 20 year olds stayed here for 6 nights with 6 rooms. The rooms were extremely clean and cleaned again every day. Our stay felt very secure and we were able to come and ago as we pleased. There was some confusement with payment as we payed/booked through hotels.com and there was a delay with Dydi receiving this money. However the whole situation was dealt with calmly and smoothly. “Where do I start. No hot water or even no water! Cockroaches in shower! Holes in sheets. No shelving for storage. WiFi non existent. Extremely noisy, however it is near a main road with lots of drunken & drug infused people! We were informed breakfast started at 10.00 am, however at 10.15 nothing was open! We were booked in for 3 nights but informed staff we were leaving the next morning. Staff rang manager who promised a 2 night refund once her marketing staff opened the email from Expedia....

“The hotel is very hard to find. The staff were nice but hard to talk to old and ripped bed sheet not always had enough sheet to change the sheets every day old and stained towels.
