Great Location and fun place to stay

We spent a fun week for a family vacation. Great location for visiting sites in Marathon and a great place for kayaking - we saw manatee, turtles, etc. it was also nice to have the club with pool, beach and bar nearby for the lazy days!

Great location

This place is in a great location. Close to several good places to eat all within walking or biking distance. Very clean and plenty of room. Nice patio area and pool. Would definitely stay here again.

Location location location!

This is actually the 2nd time we’ve stayed at this property. The location is perfect for having a boat rental and getting out to both sides easily. The pool is a huge plus for the kids and we saw manatees, dolphins, and lots of fish right in the bay. Very enjoyable stay!

Very Happy with property

Property lived up to expectations, was as it was described to be. We had a relaxing time and were also visited by some Manatees at the dock.

From the dock we could watch the sunrise, manatees, dolphins, stingrays, jellies, birds, and lots of small fish.

Great Stay, Great Location

Our family of five greatly enjoyed our stay. The location was wonderful and close to everything. It was clean and nicely decorated and also well stocked. The outdoor area with a great view and private pool were very enjoyable. Being able to enjoy the club pool and private beach was an added bonus. We would highly recommend.

Great Views form Tiki Hut

The house was in a great location. The outside pool area and the enclosed porch were as pictured and a great place to spend your time. Parking in the front of the house was a little tight.

Beautiful Views

The best part of this property is the views, cannot beat waterfront. House was nicely decorated and included many useful amenities. Heated pool was nice for cooling off in. Would definitely recommend this rental.

Heaven

We are a family of 6, with teenage and early 20’s kids, we all loved this house. The pool in the back with the loungers and tiki hut was our favourite place to hang out. The house was perfect, well equipped with everything we needed for a perfect week away. We did eat out for some dinners but also were able to prepare lovely meals at home. We would highly recommend and will return again if we are planning a trip to the Keys.

Great Time - Loved the back of home

Great time, beautiful place, well maintained and managed! Enjoyed fishing off the dock (left some poles for future guests)! Get a chum bag and use it … fishing was cool! Recommend this place for anyone!! Peaceful and relaxing … pool was great!

Perfect family vacation

Property was very comfortable and clean for our family of 8. Everything was as mentioned on VRBO site. Outside porch was great overlooking the pool and water. If we decide to return to The Keys, we would love to return to this property.

Could not be happier with this property. Had everything we needed and where looking for in a rental property. Pool, dock, location, view, and plenty of room. Highly recommended and look to book again next trip to the Keys!!!

Marathon trip

The house clean and very well stocked kitchen. The pool was great for the four of us and always warm. Great restaurants close by. Very nice community for walking. Our entry code for lock box was incorrect but we got it taken care of immediately. Great trip.

Beautiful house and setting

The property was clean and well-maintained. We loved the outdoor living space and spent many hours outdoors. Being in the channeled allowed for great kayaking experience especially when the ocean was rough. Bike and walking paths right by the house. We loved our stay and would definitely return!
