We can’t say enough good things about our stay! The house was SO clean, modern, cozy, and had everything you need. Having a pool, hot tub, and dock was just incredible! Not to mention the blackstone and grill! The location of the property is perfect! We had so much fun at this property, we can’t wait to come back! The host is awesome, and always responded immediately if I had a question! You can’t go wrong if you book this property!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The property had everything we could have asked for and more. The docks for fishing and the boat slip made it so convenient to get on the water. The house itself was wonderful—beautifully updated, comfortable, and spotless.The pool and jacuzzi were perfect for relaxing after a day out, and the tiki bar, cook area, and ice machine were such extras that really set this place apart. We also loved that paddle boards, a bike, and a kayak were provided— making it easy to enjoy the water and explore the area. The location couldn’t be better—close to marinas, fishing, and every restaurant imaginable. The tenants in #23 were no issue at all and caused no disturbance, which made the stay even more peaceful.We loved every minute of our trip and can’t wait to come back!

This place was absolutely amazing. It’s got a bunch of great restaurants around it and the pool and in the back are amazing after a long day on the boat. The docking is really easy and it’s only a short ride out to the Atlantic side. There is also a marina in the same bay the house is in so getting gas or bait in the morning is really easy. It’s honestly the perfect little spot for just about anything you want to do.

awesome amenities!

A true gem of a property. Not knowing anything about the area ,we wanted a quiet respite and that is exactly what we had in store. The pool and hot tub were such a bonus! Walking out on the dock in the morning and seeing the many, many dolphins swim past was such an unexpected treat. We used the outdoor grill and flattop griddle everyday and the hostess was nice enough to have propane in both. The bar area was such a lovely area to sit and dine, as was our private outdoor seating area. The home is clean, nice linens and really just what we were looking for in a getaway! Thank you Divinia for all the nice touches!!!

All you need

Stayed here for 2 weeks with friends renting the other side. planned on doing more excursions but staying here with the pool, hot tub, and tiki bar, and being on the water we were content just to enjoy all the amenities! The hosts were very helpful if we had any questions. Would gladly book again.

Key Colony Beach

Overall, the property was very nice. Kitchen updated and modern. Pool is excellent as is the view out back. Hot tub/spa was only lukewarm, though. We are in our seventies, so a suggestion would be to install a grab bar in the shower. A problem with the TV and the pool heater were resolved immediately. Nice place to stay for a couple.

Nice spot, weird quirks, too many rules!

The home was a beautiful spot on Key Colony in Marathon, Florida. That's the good part. This rental is not for people who like endless written rules. Rules for the out of order ceiling fan. Rules that were wrong for working the tv and laundry. Rules for a smart toilet, that was crazy with the two seats going up and down when I trying to sit on it. Rules for a laundry room with the water settings backward. The bathroom shower did not have a grab bar, and I had to put my index finger top in the hole of the glass door to get out of the shower. The owner's husband said he was buying at least four new outdoor chairs, because 1 broke, and another was ready to break. But it seems he brought chairs with weak backs and rust from his home instead. The door to the patio could not shut easily and the upper lock could not be used. Very noisy air conditioning and pool heating units, dripping constantly making waking areas unsafe. When the outdoor pool heating unit stop working, owner told me to stop looking at the equipment codes in a text. I now understand why there are so many rules... equipment doesn't work properly. Location a 5, Pool a 4.5, Rules a 1. BATHROOM, a 2.5. Noisy air conditioners 0. There were other things. The owner said she would rent directly to us next time to reduce VRBO costs. There won't be a next time.

Centrally located in the Keys

DIVINA is a great host. We stayed in the smaller unit and it was clean and well stocked with cooking utensils. We stayed for 8 nights and other than some construction at the sea wall, everything looks just like the pictures. The grill and Blackstone Griddle came in real handy for outdoor cooking. Bottom line, I would highly recommend this property.

Excellent stay with endless amenities in Marathon!

This property has everything you need to enjoy yourself in the keys & fish the Marathon area. There is really no reason to leave, other than to hop on the boat. It offers endless amenities, and then some. No other place in Marathon has the amenities that this location has in its location! If you're keeping a boat there, the location is extremely well protected, and is +/- 5 miles to many of the main fishing grounds. Highly recommended! Divina is an absolute pleasure to work with, and I would do it again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic Place

This property is well stocked with everything you need to enjoy a stay in The Keys! The outside space is amazing and the house was just what we needed -- comfy bed and great appliances. Our friends rented the other side of the duplex and we had a great week around the tiki bar and in the pool. We would definitely stay here again!
