  • Bienvenido a nuestra hermosa casa de 3bdrm / 3 baños frente al mar. Relájese y disfrute de las aguas tropicales que lo rodean en la prestigiosa playa Key Colony con piscina privada.
    Amaneceres temprano por la mañana y sombra por la tarde con 40 pies de atraque frente al canal principal.

This property was outstanding. it was not over cluttered, it was very clean and had everything you needed. The host, Ms. Bette, was easy to contact and was always a text away. The pool, fish cleaning table, dock and outdoor area was super nice. If it had an outdoor kitchen set-up with a gazebo and/or shade and sink, it would be perfect! :):) The AC was great, however the master bedroom was a little warm, but with the ceiling fan and floor fan, it was fine. We will stay again, if it works out!

Out family enjoyed the Thanksgiving holiday in KCB. We found the home to be very comfortable with space to enjoy the lovely area.

This house is our new favorite rental in KCB. It is incredibly clean, and the air conditioning was nice and cold. Huge pool and dock. Great bedroom layout with privacy for everyone. We enjoyed the grill, bikes, dock, and bait table in the backyard. A great feature for the keys is that this house is one level with no steps at all. No dragging groceries and luggage up and down stairs. Quick walk to sunset park and short no wake zone to Vaca Cut for access to the Atlantic and the Gulf of America. Host was also on point. Great communication!

Great property that was clean and well stocked with supplies, wide and deep water canal less than 5 min from big water and 15 min boat ride to the ramp, great host that helped communicate expectations and planning tips that were actually helpful (not just fluff), good trailer parking, perfect size pool after every long day on the water, and walking distance to sunset point beach…. My son caught and ate snapper right off the dock daily. What more can you ask for? We’ve been to many VRBOs and this one is definitely on the short list for return visits! Cheers!

Our stay at this Key Colony Beach home was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this property was exactly what a Florida Keys vacation should be.The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exceptionally well equipped. The layout was perfect for our group, with plenty of space to relax while still feeling warm and inviting. The waterfront location was incredible, and we spent countless hours enjoying the pool, watching the boats pass by, and taking in the beautiful Keys atmosphere.One of the things we loved most was the location. Everything we wanted to do was easily accessible, yet the neighborhood itself was peaceful and relaxing. The dock access was a huge bonus, and the Cabana Club access made the experience even better.The host Bette was outstanding—responsive, helpful, and genuinely committed to making sure we had a great stay. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and it really showed.We've stayed at several vacation rentals over the years, and this was easily one of our favorites. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, well-appointed waterfront home in Key Colony Beach, this is it. We made wonderful memories here and would not hesitate to book again.Highly recommended!

Betty is easy to work with. Nice and very knowledgeable of the area. Everything you need is there for you to have a good time. We had a great time and recommend this place to all boaters who love the Keys!

Great House with backyard pool and Great Location

Winter getaway

Great place to stay. It had everything you need and was very comfortable. The neighborhood is perfect for walking bike riding and has three restaurants in gated community. The owner communicated regularly and we will stay again. Loved it!

Awesome family vacation

The property was very nice, plenty of space (there were 7 of us-including one kid and a toddler). Bette is a very responsive host. I highly recommend this property!

What a great experience

Check-in was great owner of property was wonderful to deal with. Master bedroom bed was the best sleep I’ve had in a long time took a picture of the brand so I can buy one for my own home. Kitchen was well appointed Pool was great, dock was great one morning I fished in my pajamas, would definitely recommend this to everybody

KCB 2024

We had a wonderful vacation. The house was great, just perfect for our two families, including four teenagers. We enjoyed the pool and the dock worked perfectly for our boat. Bette, our host, was so responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We will be back!

Great house with lots of room for all of us!! The pool was awesome and really enjoyed the entire time here!! Bette was alwsys there when we needed her-- just little things---nothing drastic! The house has everything you need for your stay!!

Perfect Getaway!

We loved our stay in KCB at this wonderful home! It was even more beautiful than the pictures and had everything we needed and more. We relaxed by the pool, went for long walks and enjoyed Sunset Beach in the evening. The owners were very easy to communicate with as well. We hope to make it back next year!!

Best vacation rental!

The pictures do not do this place justice. The house is so much bigger than it looks. The kitchen and living area are a great size. Out back is an amazing place to relax. Don't miss out on going to the Club to enjoy the pool, beach, and bar! It's a great perk that comes with the house. Key Colony is a wonderful place to stay in Marathon Key.

Great vacation

We were here for 2 weeks. Accommodations were exactly as advertised. Bette stayed in touch a couple of times to see how things were going. Great host and communication. Will rent again. Nice new dock for our boat.
