“The property was clean as advertised inside but the outside photo of a well maintained lawn was misleading. The grass was not in the condition shown in the photo and I had to call the host to get the lawn cut. The outside area was the selling point for me and my family. We had plans to use the outside area during our stay but that did not happen due to the lawn condition. We are a family of 8 and have been able to get property with four bedrooms and four bathrooms in the main location at other...

“The villa was great and inside was exactly like the pictures. Everything was clean and ready to go. Had games and plenty of space. Only things I will say is that the starter pack is not enough for more than 3 full days. If you plan on staying longer, buy your own stuff. The other thing is the outside is not as upkept as it is in the pictures. When we stayed backyard was a little outgrown and stuff. But other than that we enjoyed our stay a lot! Super close to beach and restaurants essentials....

“We were so looking forward to this stay to celebrate our daughter's graduation from medical school. The owner was accommodating by letting us in 2 hours early, but we didn't realize that meant that the house would not be cleaned (he blamed it on our request to get in earlier). “In terms of value, I’m not sure you can get much better than this. This property was perfectly functional for my group trip. We all had a very comfortable and pleasant experience. The property was generally clean, I’d give the cleanliness a 7/10. However, if you consider the landscape, size, and age of the property, it understandably can be a bit dusty. “We had a great stay! The house was clean, spacious and perfect for a larger group. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, so everyone had their own space, but also lots of areas where we could all hang out together. We spent a ton of time by the pool and hot tub, and the game room and outdoor movie area were great when everyone wanted to stay in.The hosts were incredibly responsive and the service was great.
