“The house was very clean, neat, uncluttered and updated. We stayed several days, while visiting family and attending a funeral. The house was quiet and comfortable. The location of the house was perfect for us in downtown Reedley. Also, it was really great to have the park located just across the alley, so when my niece dropped by with her toddler, they could go play in the park. The host was very responsive and helpful if we had questions. The house is a half block from Reedley’s Main...

“Communication with host not very good. No guidance. Amenities not exactly as advertised on VRBO. No garage access, no grill, hot tub not working, multiple light bulbs out and more. ”

“Everything was just as advertised. The house was clean, well-appointed, and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again for our next trip to visit family.”

“We enjoyed our stay. The home was in a quiet neighborhood. It was just right for our family.”

“The home was clean, comfortable and just as described. Thoughtful touches like paper products, washer pods, coffee pods for the Keurig and even cold bottles of water waiting for us in the fridge! Nice beds provided a great nights sleep! Close to shopping and restaurants, bowling, movies and a casino. We will stay again when we return next year. If you're looking to stay in the area, start with this one!”

“Clean and quaint! Loved this stay, had everything I needed for a staycation with a friend. ”

“This property has a problem with bugs. There were bugs inside the dishwasher and we were given a solution of running the dishwasher with water. That is not a solution. There were also bugs in the shower and in the bedrooms, the property is poorly kept and very dirty. Luggage racks would’ve been appropriate so we didn’t need to put our bags on the floor.”

“The host was relatively accommodating and communicative. For my first time choosing Vrbo, I'm grateful I went with this property and host.”

“Great place”

“Een prima locatie. Alle voorzieningen zijn aanwezig en werken goed. De ruimte met liefde in overdaad ingericht. Het bed was voor mij (1,86m) aan de korte kant. Een ontbijt erbij zou het af maken.”

“The house was very hard to find. I called the host when I got there but didn’t get an answer. I messaged through the app and no answer until a couple of turns later. The Home is in an alley which looked terrifying. The main parts of the home are nice. The bedsheets for one of the beds however, was very old and not appealing to sleep on. The description states that up to 2 pets are welcome and has no mention of fees. Beware if you take your pets, they will try to charge you ridiculous fees...

“The entire property was pristine. It was very cozy and quiet. I loved it there.”

“Absolutely a must rent!!! Perfect location, a lot of stuff very close. Property was clean spacious and welcoming!!! Hal was on the ball with any answers for all of our questions!! Just can’t say enough good things about this property and location!!”

“Trailer? Large RV but want a home feel for a weekend? I could drop a trailer and go out to eat and not worry about anything. Off street parking well lit at night, no stray people what-so-ever. Eric S.”

“Very clean, modern 3 bedroom apartment. Easy parking. Close to several restaurants, gas station, and Target. Laundry room was a major plus after 6 days camping in national parks. There is not a common “living room” space but there are 2 chairs in main bedroom. There is a small table and 4 chairs in the kitchen.”

“Very fun place to say and always something to do. Party button was the perfect morning alarm clock.”
