“This place needs lots of improvements and help. The room was deluxe king and the layout is good but cheaply built. Bathroom has no where to place any of your bathroom necessities. Pool was not open first day due to failure of inspection but did open next day. The 2nd day of the pool opened it already had no towels. When it had towels 1st day they were just little bigger than a foot towel. Staff wondered around a little but didn’t do much. The poop trash for dogs was overflowing. It’s sad...

Very comfortable and ideally located, within walking distance to so many eateries and parks and historic sites. And they have a partnership with the Village Beach Club just across the bridge in Nags Head that provides free parking and access to the beach, a pool, and the amenities associated with the club. “It was not communicated to us that the continental breakfast not being free. Also, the seal on our door to the outside of our room was not fully sealed. Customer service and convenience to beach access was great.”
