“The property was beautiful, clean, and perfect for our one night stay. We chose this property because it was within walking distance to the Lenovo Center. The walk is within a neighborhood with no sidewalks, not bad at all going durning daylight but the walk on the way home in the dark wasn’t easy as it’s hard to see. I ended up rolling my ankle because I didn’t see a hole in the grass. Nothing to do with the property at all, just something to be mindful of if you plan on walking to the Lenovo...

“Easy location to convention center”

“This rental is perfect for evening events in Raleigh if you’re coming from out of town and don’t want to drive home! This was our second stay, and it was just as good as the first time around. We appreciated the thoughtful complimentary drinks and snacks, the bed was comfy, and the sound machine made for a restful night of sleep. We will definitely be back!”

“The place was overall great but had a few hiccups. We were initially given the wrong address, which made check-in very frustrating. Clearer instructions—especially about which door leads to the elevators—would have helped.You’re required to download a separate app for access info and a security deposit is placed on your credit card, which feels odd for a VRBO stay. We've never had to use a third-party app to access a rental before.The washer worked fine but was quite loud, so I wouldn’t...

“I stayed here for the weekend while some work was being done on my house, and it was perfect. It's small (obviously, since it's a studio), but it's SO cute and perfect for either a solo or couples' getaway. It has everything you'd need for a short stay, coffee maker, fridge, hair dryer, etc. I didn't meet the host, but she was super friendly and communicative, and gave very specific directions for how to get into the apartment. Would definitely book here again if the need arises.”
