“From the moment we were greeted by the friendly staff and saw the beautiful resort we were impressed, but when we were shown to our spacious condo we were just delighted. “We had a great time spending spring break on the beautiful island of Kauai. We loved the location of the rental and it fit our family of 6 perfectly. It was great having a full kitchen which had everything we needed for the occasional meal spent in the rental. Our host communicated well beforehand and there were no surprises upon arrival.”

I have to mention this because the level of service still provided and the ownership of the mistake was taken very well. I traveled to Kauai for a work conference that was from a Saturday-Thursday.
