    Este condominio para no fumadores recientemente remodelado de 2 pisos con vista al jardín, tiene más de 1200 pies cuadrados interiores y 4 balcones privados. Es perfecto para una familia o 2 parejas. Este condominio Poipu Beach está situado en exuberantes jardines que recuerdan a los huéspedes de un jardín botánico tropical.

    Nuestro apartamento está decorado al estilo hawaiano con un toque moderno. Una cocina totalmente equipada con encimeras de baldosas de granito y gabinetes nuevos hacen que sea un placer para cocinar, o adyacente es la zona de barbacoa. A 55 'LED TV de pantalla plana en la sala de estar con cable y DVD. WIFI gratuito también se proporciona para que pueda mantenerse conectado.

    Los Nihi Kai Villas están a pocos pasos de la playa, pero están situados frente al mar. Hay pistas de tenis, una piscina y zonas de barbacoa a disposición de los huéspedes.

    Junto a Nihi Kai Villas es Casa Di Amici, señalado como uno de los mejores restaurantes italianos Islas.

    Está a sólo 120 pasos al océano desde nuestro apartamento, y un poco más para Brennecke Beach.

    ¿Qué hay cerca?
    Nihi Kai 506 está situado a pocos pasos del mar, y Brennecke playa es unas pocas yardas más lejos. Esta es una gran playa de bodyboard. Otras pocas yardas y se llega a la playa de Poipu. Poipu Beach fue votado # 1 playa en el EE.UU. por The Travel Channel. Ofrece natación, buceo, surf, bodyboard, parque infantil, restaurante, heladería, tienda de surf y una playa de bebé, a poca distancia a pie del # 506.

    Sólo por el camino es el Poipu Shopping Village, donde encontrará diversas tiendas y algunos restaurantes. Los martes y jueves a las 17:00 hay un gran espectáculo polinesio en el patio. The location is perfect! It’s a short walk to the beach. The condo is clean and very well stocked! Everything we needed was there to make meals. Plus the patio has everything you need for the beach. The air conditioning worked well. The bedding was clean and nice. It was perfect!

Condo was beautiful. So many amenities in the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and beach supplies. They have thought of everything. And so close to the beach, trails and shopping. Can’t wait to stay here again

Host was awesome. Always communicated and updated us with different info. Villa was awesome. Not too far from the beach and easy to find. Had an amazing experience. Will definitely stay there again when visiting Kauai. Mahalo

Excellent location in beautiful garden area, right close to Poipu Beach and the best attractions in the area. Condo had very comfortable accommodations with AC as well as full kitchen, washer/dryer, comfortable sleeping and great views. Awesome swimming pool!

Very clean unit, with a great kitchen that had everything we needed. It was also in a good location and walking distance to several beaches. The host was incredibly communicative and helpful.

The property was absolutely amazing. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We loved the pool and extra gear provided. We look forward to our next trip and will definitely be staying here again! The host was super responsive and helpful!

We had a wonderful stay at Nihi Kai #506. The owner was amazing and so responsive. He was so accommodating and very helpful any time we had a question.

Overall this property is excellent. Check-in, communication, cleanliness, all of it was top notch. The location is amazing. The only issue I had was that parts of the property were in need of repair or replacement due to being so well used. One of the bathroom sinks was clogged, a light on a fan didn’t work, the coffee pot was glitchy, the freezer handle fell off (though I was able to screw back on once I found a screwdriver). The beach chairs were all broken and pretty worn, it’s time to replace them. I hesitate to even mention these things, each of them alone is so minor, but when they all happen during the same week it can be a little bit of a bummer. All of these things are just worn out due to frequent use. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this place again. There is everything you need in the kitchen, the provided beach towels were awesome, as were the regular bath towels. The AC worked like a dream. The beds and sofa were comfy. The lanai was a favorite hang out spot. All in all a great base camp for a great vacation!!

Week in Kauai

We had a great stay in Kauai. The Condo is a very short walk to Poipu beach and you can enjoy watching the turtles every day. It is even close enough to walk down to the Marriott or Sheraton (shipwreck beach). The owner will send you information on different locations ideas. The condo is very clean and comfortable. The owner needs to fix the sliding doors to the patios, major problem trying access the great beach equipment they have left for use.

Poipu Beach

Great location on Poipu Beach. Some kitchen items are lacking. We had to buy a corkscrew and there are only four coffee mugs for instance. But, overall it’s a great place close to the beach and met our needs.

Wonderful location

We had a wonderful time exploring Kauai from this location. The beach was a short walk away, and we loved seeing the seals and turtles come to shore. It was an easy drive to explore Waimea Canyon but also an easy drive to Lihue. It was so peaceful in this condo. The host was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any concerns we had. I would definitely recommend this location to any friends or family who want to visit Kauai. Thank you for hosting us!

Beautiful condo. Needs some maintenance. All sliding doors to outside didnt work well. Other minor issues but overall good.

South shore condo

Great location- walking distance to Brennecke and Poipu beaches- nice well maintained pool overlooking the ocean Newly remodeled kitchen and two modern large full baths- both downstairs Regretted not selecting a condo with an ocean view- condo had 4 outdoor areas but with no view, plastic chairs and conversations easily heard from neighbors- I missed having an enjoyable outdoor space - felt somewhat boxed in Also living room furniture could use an upgrade for comfort Owner was very responsive to any questions or concerns We picked this condo due to location to the neighboring beaches - which was perfect

Great find in Poipu

We stayed at Lani Kai unit 506 for 5 nights in September. The unit was beautiful, very clean and fully stocked kitchen and beach equipment. Check in was easy with keys provided and no need to use a concierge. The 2 full bathrooms were gorgeous, nicer than mine at home! Note, there is not a bathtub if you have little ones who cant use a stand up shower. Location was a 5 minute walk to the beach and then if you walk a bit further you are at places to eat, a park and more beaches. If you wish to be on Poipu Beach area you will love it here. It is advertised as not ocean view and that is the only drawback if that is essential to you but that was not a deal breaker for us, The garden atmosphere was beautiful. Easy convenient parking. Also, to our surprise, this is a two floor condo, so it feels even larger than it is. Id definitely recommend and stay again if Im lucky enough to be in Kauai.

Nice, relaxing, and AC

The apartment was great overall, and Steve (the property manager) was awesome. He checked us in quickly and gave us a ton of useful information, including some nice local spots. The place was pretty clean, apart from some hair on the floor in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything that we needed to cook our own meals. They also had a lot of stuff for us to take to the beach, which was much appreciated! all of the amenities we needed were there, and the girls loved the shampoo and conditioner they provided in the showers. The AC was wonderful and for the most part kept up really well. You should probably take note that if you are trying to sleep six that one of the beds is a pull out in the main room, and was what you would expect from a pull out. The AC didn't keep up in the main room as well for sleeping (we like it cold), but was plenty comfortable for hanging out during the daytime. The location is really close to the ocean, and about a 10 minute walk to the beach/park. It was a little hard to find at first, but Steve's direction via email made the process simple. There was plenty of parking, but is a bit of a tight squeeze for big vehicles. The only real negative is that there were quite a few ants in the kitchen. There is a note about them on the counter, so I'm sure it's something they are dealing with, but it made cooking dinner a little more complicated. All in all it was a lovely place and a wonderful stay! 9/10.

Kauai Stay

Overall experience was great. Have stayed on others islands various times and air condition wasn't needed. However an A/C unit would have been great for this rental.

Great Location!

This is an excellent location for visiting Poipu. Beaches are in walking distance. Plenty of places to eat within maybe a 10 minute walk, or a two minute drive. Kitchen and bathrooms are well kept. The host sent clear instructions and was easy to communicate with. Would easily stay here again.

Great location

The property was impeccably clean and recently renovated. There was plenty of towels as well as beach towels, beach chairs and scuba gear. It was within a walking distance of the beach which was lovely. This is a great spot on the island because she could go either East or west and you’re always in the middle.

Great place for location, size, comfort

A great place only a short walk from poipu beach (turtles and seal resting!), clean, boogie boards for using. Nice kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and living room.

Great stay great time

Property was very clean and well stocked and organized. Plenty of fans to keep us cool. My favorite part was the beds and pillow. They were so comfortable it was hard to get up in the morning. The owner was very easy to communicate with. Looking forward to returning to Kauai!!

Three weeks in Poipu!

The condo is very nice! There is no sure conditioning but we stayed in the condo for three weeks in May and we weren't uncomfortable the whole time. The condo looks recently remodeled, the bathrooms are very nice, have great water pressure, the whole place is very clean and seems brand new. The beds are very comfortable and have a variety of pillows. Best of all the condo is a very short walk to the beach! We saw turtles and seals almost every day we went to the beach, and the condo has some snorkel gear and a boogie board free of charge. The owner was very attentive on the one time we needed something, and it was resolved quickly. Highly recommended, quiet neighborhood, great beach access and a great location to access most of the island. 5 stars!
