Alihi LANI. Este pequeño complejo de 6 unidad es una "verdadera joya", de acuerdo con el último Kauai guía. La piscina frente al mar ha sido recientemente reformado en 2011. La zona ajardinada delante también cuenta con dos parrillas de gas y muebles de gran césped.

FRENTE AL MAR. Nuestra ubicación segunda planta con vistas a la piscina frente al mar y está a menos de 50 yardas de las olas golpeando. Mira la vida del océano y espectaculares puestas de sol desde la 184 pies cuadrados terraza cubierta. Durante todo el año se le ver tortugas y delfines - y durante la temporada de ballenas el espectáculo está justo en frente de usted.

LOCALIZACIÓN. La playa Sheraton se encuentra a menos de 5 minutos a pie. Allí se puede disfrutar de snorkeling, natación playa, clases de surf, y tomar el sol. Restaurantes, tiendas de comestibles y tiendas también están a poca distancia a pie.

PLANO. Nuestra casa tiene dos master suites verdaderos, ambos con baños accesibles directamente desde la zona de dormitorio. Habitaciones con aire acondicionado. La configuración es ideal para dos parejas o una familia de hasta 6. Lanai, Cocina, Comedor, Living, y un dormitorio, todos tienen espectaculares vistas al mar.

REMODELADO. La mayoría mobiliario y acabados reemplazados y cocina remodelados en el otoño de 2012. Tina de baño, suelos de gres en toda espacios de vida, y nuevos muebles de sala añaden en la primavera de 2014.

SERVICIOS. Nuestra casa está equipada con todo lo que pueda necesitar para disfrutar de sus vacaciones. Está lujosamente equipadas con ropa de cama de alta calidad y toallas. Se proporcionan hechos a Kauai jabones, champús, y loción. También suministramos tablas de surf, sillas de playa y sombrilla, y un refrigerador para sus salidas. Para las noches en, tenemos HDTV, juegos, libros, DVDs, y binoculares para la observación de ballenas / tortuga. La cocina está bien equipada para preparar cualquier tipo de comida.

All Around Excellent Stay

The VRBO was very clean and had everything we could expect a 10 on a scale of 1-10.The location was excellent and seeing turtles in the morning was a bonus. The view of the pool and thenocean was perfect. We ltook advantage of the grills by the pool ti make steaks one night. Cynthia made herself available and chatting with her was a pleasure. I would have no issues with staying in this unit again on future visits.Thank you

Best beach house

When they say best beach house they mean it. Perfect location, wonderful home right on the ocean. They thought of everything. Condo is supplied with all you need to have a great time. Only property on the street with a pool and only six units are huge benefits also.

Great place

GREAT 2nd-floor, great view. Everything was a great couple of things. I texted them that the coffee maker needed help replaced within two hours, and the TV bracket required help. They were there on the spot. The pool was nice, it was a great place to walk every day, and it was very quiet on the south end of the island, which is the only place to say weather-wise, there was no rain before November, not bad after November, everything was 20 minutes away close to the airport just the best I give the place a 10 + Thank you. Beautiful views and condo

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! The unit and grounds are very clean and updated. The unit also had everything we needed as far as beach chairs, coolers etc.. Couldn’t have asked for a better view from the lanai. Cynthia is very responsive and wants to make sure your stay is perfect! We will definitely stay here again.on our next trip!

Excellent condo in great location

This unit came as advertised and reviewed by others. Super clean and easy check in. Easy walk to beach at Sheraton and Shops at Kukui'ula. Loved the private pool for the complex, There are only 6 units and all were full, but it still felt like it you were the only residents. This is one spot that the actual matches the high reviews on-line!

I’m keeping this my secret

Awesome location! Great town with so much to see and do within minutes of this place. Fully furnished with everything you would need for your stay away from home. Quiet location! Saw sunrise, sunset, dolphins, whales, turtles, seals, birds all from the comfort of the balcony. Enjoyed going to sleep and waking to the sound of the waves.

Fantastic oceanfront condo!

We stayed at Alihi Lani 5 with another couple for 5 days. This beautiful oceanfront condo had a wonderful ocean view and location. We took many morning walks along the water and it was very convenient to everything. We all enjoyed the lanai for morning coffee, evening dinners, and sunsets. The condo was extremely well appointed with anything you would need. It was perfect for 2 couples with plenty of room to spare. We would definitely recommend and return to this fantastic condo!

Perfect!

We had the best stay at this property and can't wait to stay again! The condo was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed and more. Sitting on the lanai was our favorite activity. We could see turtles from there and we just loved watching the water and the spectacular sunsets. The location was great. We enjoyed walking down to the beach at the Sheraton. We thought it was a great location to access everything we wanted to see on the island.

Heavonly views and comfortable living

Amazing Property

This was our first visit to Kauai and everything was perfect! Communication with the owner was fantastic from the start - thorough and helpful. We were a family of 5 adults. The view from the lanai took our breath away! We loved sitting out on the lanai listening to the waves crash on the rocks & searching for swimming sea turtles. The condo was immaculate and so well stocked. Cynthia has thought of everything and is so organized. I wish my own home was this well equipped. Everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Kauai was at our fingertips. The pool was lovely. We really enjoyed being in such a small complex. It really felt like home - quiet and private. The location was perfect. Close to beaches as well as shopping and restaurants. We look forward to the next time. Mahalo!

Paradise!

We absolutely loved our stay. The minute we walked in we were wowed by the view, but also just how nicely put together the place was. The kitchen was beautiful, and every tool you might need was there. The place was bright with perfect beachy decor. No need at all for air conditioning with all the ceilings fans and thoughtfully placed floor fan too! The bed and pillows were brilliant, we had great sleeps with the ocean waves right outside the window. Cynthia is so well organized. We really appreciated how easy to find any info we needed in the guide book she has put together. Also it was so great having the closet full of beach chairs and cooler bags and boogie boards! If we are ever lucky enough to come back we would not hesitate to stay here! Also watching the turtles brought us so much happiness!!! Thank you for having us! :)

Again a great stay

This is the second time we have stayed. It is a great location. Has great views and close to many restaurants. We walked 5 miles everyday just around the condo. Walked to the blow hole, Walked to stores, walked to restaurants. Even though rented a car we didn’t need to use it much. The condo is well stocked and has surf boards, rafts etc. will stay here again.
