This is our 3rd visit to this specific unit. Beautiful property. Everything you need is right here. Well appointed kitchen, beach chairs and gear. The owner and managing company are wonderful. Hope to be back again next year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay especially the ocean view. The unit was as described. The ukuleles & leis were a nice touch! We appreciated the toiletries that were included & the beach gear too. It was a great location.

Comfortable stay

Enjoyed our stay while attending a conference at nearby grand Hyatt. Able to walk in 15 minutes to events and to the beach. Condo was clean and air conditioning in bedrooms very nice. Management staff was very responsive.

We had an absolutely amazing time on Kaua’i . We truly enjoyed our stay in this condo . The unit was very clean and it was a nice quiet place to stay . The pool and hot tub were great ! Every evening we could walk to the waters edge and see beautiful sea turtles. We will definitely be back .

Great location and great views

Perfect for our family of 4. Well stocked kitchen for cooking and lots of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc in the condo. Pool and hot tub was nice to relax at after hiking or a day at the beach. We also enjoyed the lanai and its views in the morning and evening. The AC unit on the patio is a bit warm when it is running but if you turn it off while you want to be on the patio it cools down quickly..

Amazing Location - Large Condo

The condo was perfectly located: near Brennecke's beach which had perfect body boarding waves, and a nice beach area that had kiddie protected area. At sunset, the turtles come up onto the beach. The condo was a good large size, with AC bedrooms - perfect for our family. It has a two -level layout which gave our teens the space they needed, though they complained the wifi was slow and spotty (which may be a teen thing, and not so bad to keep them off their devices :)). The living area was comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay. The pool and ground were well-kept too. We would stay again.

Wonderful Stay in Poipu

My family and I stayed here for a week and it fit our needs perfectly. The condo looks out onto the pool and you can see the ocean from the deck. There was a bunch of beach equipment, like umbrellas and chairs, that really came in handy. The upstairs bedrooms had AC which really helped as we came in July. All in all we loved it and hope to come back soon.

Wonderful beach with sea turtles

The property was big with sea turtles in the ocean right outside building. But there are a lot of stairs to climb up since it is located on a hill and on the second floor with no elevator and stairs inside condo.

Great condo!

This is a great condo! Loved it had basic spices, balsamic vinegar and olive oil in the kitchen. The beach chairs, snorkeling accessories and thermos bag were much appreciated. We only used the AC in the front room at night. Didn’t need the AC in the main bedroom facing the ocean. Short walk to the beach. We enjoyed this condo very much!

Beautiful property, well eqipped.

This is a very beautiful property, the view from the lanai was lovely and being so close to the ocean was wonderful. The accommodations and amenities were very much appreciated. The kitchen was fully stocked with most everything we needed and there was so much beach equipment to choose from. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was great to have. The one thing I would warn others of is the inclined walkway to get from the parking to the condo and the stairs to have to take suitcases up and down, only a problem if you have mobility issues or heavy luggage.

Home away from home

My family and I have enjoyed staying in Unit 1307. We love its location and have enjoyed the sunrise and sunset each day from the balcony. The kitchen has all the features necessary to prepare wonderful meals and we enjoyed the use of the barbecues too! Poipu beach has been a favourite place to enjoy snorkelling and it’s a short walk away. Most evenings included a swim in the pool after dinner. We have explored the island and enjoyed the shopping in various areas including a craft show. We have many memories of time well spent on the island and hope to return sometime in the future. The air conditioning in the bedrooms has been a welcome touch and most appreciated!

Quiet Condo in Nice location

Great location on 2nd floor with view as shown in listing. Overall, condo was clean & quiet. Kitchen amenities (besides plates and glasses) need to be updated. Outdoor pool was fabulous!

Great Location, Tired Accommodation

On the positive side, great location, quiet accommodation, beautiful view of the ocean. On the negative side, this unit is worn out and repairs and maintenance are needed. We used buckets in the master bedroom to control the leaking roof (apparently a problem since 2019), the glass railings on the deck are covered in construction ribbon but there was no evidence anyone was working on the issue. Without air conditioning on the main floor it is definitely warm in the afternoons. I would give the unit a 3 out of 5.
