    Welcome to KP 9 at Kiahuna Plantation, an oceanfront condo set within 35 acres of tropical resort grounds with sweeping beach, ocean, and sunset views from the upstairs lanai.





    Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, updated furnishings, a new mattress and sofa, plus glass-free jalousie windows for Kauai’s trade winds. Includes beach gear, parking, and full access to Poipu Athletic Club pool and fitness amenities.

The moment you walk into this vacation home, you immediately notice the gorgeous view and the welcome basket to greet you. The kitchen is stocked with everything you might need. This is a very comfortable home away from home. I would definitely stay here again.

If you are looking for great sunsets, look no further! The ocean views from this unit are spot on. We loved the unit's proximity to the beach and the BBQs on this lovely property. We liked that the unit had beach chairs and an umbrella that we could use during our stay. The kitchen was well stocked, and we were able to cook many meals, which we enjoyed eating on the spacious terrace. Roz and her team were very responsive to all of our questions and needs. Book it and enjoy!

Excellent location

We have been going to the Kiahuna for years. This is one of the best units we have stayed in, and you can’t beat the location. Awesome sunset views.

Kauai oceanfront retreat

The property was clean and located near many activities and events. The beach was superb. The property was as described and there were beach chairs and umbrellas available for use at the beach. Check in and check out was very easy. Guest services was very accessible and helpful.

This unit is great! The view can't be beat. You're so close to the (swimmable) beach that you don't even need to take a towel. You can hear the waves. There's a staffed check in so there's no check-in headaches. The unit had a truly comfortable mattress and the kitchen was really well equipped - with spices, oil, good knives, etc. It was a pleasure to stay :)

Excellent Stay!

My wife and I greatly enjoyed our time! The property is about 50 feet from the ocean with quick access to the beach. We enjoyed spending time on the lanai and watching all the surfers. The property is positioned well on the island and is a short drive to most destinations.

Magnificent Oceanfront unit!

This condo had it all. Location, location, location! Walks to any southern beach were beautiful. Sunsets and turtles, monk seals and food trucks. Just perfection.

We love the Kiahuna and this unit is awesome.The view is beautiful,right towards the sunset.We love the wide open grassy area in the middle of the property.If you have kids,they have surfing lessons right in front.

Kiahuna Plantation

Our stay at Kiahuna Plantation Resort was fantastic. Our unit was Ocean Front with a fantastic sunset view. The unit was well maintained and well stocked with available chairs, umbrellas, and everything else you need for the beach. Really it could not have been better.

Comfortable with an incredible view!

This is a nice and comfortable unit with a great location and view, and the resort itself is quite nice too! The washer and dryer in the unit was a plus. The location was great with lots of beach walking possible both in front of the resort itself, but also if you cut through the resorts next door and add on Poipiu Beach. Close to a number of restaurants too. We would come back and stay again.

Amazing location and sunsets

The photos are incredibly accurate. The view was fantastic! Added bonus of excellent shared BBQ grills available very close by on the property. Had everything we needed to cook meals. We would have stayed longer if we could have!

Amazing views!!

We've stayed at many condos within the Kiahuna Plantation and this has to be one of our favorites. Rosalyn communicated well and goes above and beyond to make sure your stay at the condo is wonderful. We loved all the little extras she provided for us.The direct view of the ocean is amazing and having an upstairs corner unit is the best. It''s clean, the furniture is up to date, has comfortable bedding,and plenty of beach supplies (ice chest, boogie boards, chairs, umbrella). We will definitely stay at this condo again.
