Wonderful property in a great location! Easy access to some of the most popular beaches on the island as well as close to many restaurants. The host was quick to respond to questions as well as provided recommendations for things to do. The patio did get hot due to the AC fan, otherwise the views were amazing. The unit was also well stocked with plenty of beach gear, rolling cooler, sunscreen and bug spray. Highly recommended!

The host was very welcoming. Great location. Condo was clean. Beds were very comfortable.The condo had everything you needed such as water toys, beach chairs snorkel gear. 10 min walk to the beach to see the turtles. Highly recommend to anyone. Just FYI condo was on the 3rd floor.

The views were beautiful from the condo. It rained every day, so an umbrella would've been helpful. The patio was very small and hot because of a fan for the AC but that was a small issue compared to the rest. It was a wonderful place to stay!!

Absolutely wonderful!

The townhome was clean and comfortable, gorgeous views off both sides! it was close to a trail to watch the sunrise and lots of great restaurants . Very comfy beds. Definitely a good value.

Great stay!

We had a great week! The location was perfect right on the water and between both Shipwreck and Poipu beaches. The place was fully stocked and clean! Communication with the host was great and we had no problems during our stay! We would return back to this property!

Inaccurate website description

The pictures were not an accurate description of the condo. We certainly did not arrive to the bottle of Rose and fruit platter as shown in the first picture. The railing on the outside deck was filthy, covered in dirt and bird poop, to the point that I had to clean it myself in order to enjoy being out there. The railing was also loose which made me nervous with my kids being out there. The master bath drain had hair in it, gross!!! I had read a review from Dec. of 2023 and February 2024 about the bedroom windows being filthy and sealed shut, but the owner had responded, saying they were awaiting new windows, I was assuming by end of June 2024 they would be replaced. Nope, the windows were so filthy we couldn’t even see out of them. The pictures shown in the ad of the bedroom views are not at all what you see from the bedrooms, you see filthy dirty window that you can’t even open and enjoy the Hawaii breeze. Yes there is air conditioning, but at night in Hawaii I want the windows opened and the breeze not the same AC I can get at home in Nevada.

Great view of the ocean!

This was a great place for our family to stay on our vacation. This property had everything we could have needed and more. Close to several beaches and nice to have the pool downstairs! Would definitely stay again!

Great location!

This condo was very close to the water, with convenient walks to Poipu and Shipwreck Beaches. The condo itself had some issues. The windows/screens on the upstairs bedrooms were filthy. (Ie bugs stuck in the screens, and the windows so dirty that it looked like you were looking through fog outside.) There were other maintenance issues, such as chipping paint, grime around cabinet handles, and drawers that didn’t work properly. On the plus side, the management company offered a mid-stay free cleaning!

Excellent Condo

Great views from Lanai of waves crashing on rocks below. Condo was clean and very well stocked. Appreciated all of the beach equipment, towels, and boogie boards. The kitchen was equipped very well with everything needed, including a large spice rack. The only drawback is many stairs to deal with and the refrigerator ice makes was not working. Overall a great condo. Would rent it again and have already recommended it to friends.

Improvements Needed

We recently stayed at this vacation rental in Kauai with my partner and son. The location was great, offering beautiful views and a convenient setting. However, we faced some challenges during our stay. The louvered windows in the upstairs bedrooms were heavily soiled and sealed shut, limiting our ability to appreciate the wonderful views, cross-breeze, and shoreline sounds. Additionally, the kitchen was not fully functioning. Communication with the management was strained, which further impacted our experience. While the location is promising, improvements are needed for a more enjoyable stay.

A majestic getaway

Our family had such a great time at this property. Amazing views all over! We loved hearing the ocean at night. We were very relaxed staying here. The hosts provided everything we needed for our adventures. We will come back again!

Great Bluff side location

This place is a great spot to stay. The property is a little dated on the outside, but updated on the inside. They are retrofitting the balconies so the railing had some caution mesh on it with a sign advising not to lean on/ stay away. The only gripe I have and feel should be mentioned is that the lanai/ balcony has the AC fan/ power supply on it ( not pictured in description) which blows hot air right at/ onto the table and chairs when you are out there standing/ sitting. It also has some normal sound that naturally comes with it. Our way around it was to shut all the AC units off when using the lanai. Kind of a bummer at first but we got over it pretty quick. We would definitely consider staying again for the location and the size of the unit. We had a great time in Kauai.

Fantastic Place with Amazing View

The condominium was exactly as shown in the photos. The decor was very nice, the television is huge. The cleaning was up to my high standards. There were also a ton of great details. Check in was easy, as was check out. There is a bit of a walk down an incline to get to the stairs to get to the condo. Just a heads up. The view from the balcony was amazing. It was my happy place and I miss that the most. I would recommend this place!

Second Stop

Very nice condo in a great location. Owner thought of everything in regards to supplies and beach accessories. We spent the first part of our trip in Princeville and finished in Poipu Bay. Only there three nights. Hope to spend more time down South next time. Would absolutely stay in this unit again.
