¡Localización! ¡Localización! ¡Localización! Hermosa casa de dos dormitorios frente al mar en la famosa playa Brenneckes! Conocido por embarque excellennt boogie, surfing, surf y la natación! tomar 10 pasos de la puerta y estar en la arena! Impresionantes vistas desde el paseo en la bañera de hidromasaje en la terraza !! La propiedad ofrece una hermosa y muy amplio patio frente al mar con impresionantes vistas al océano ya la playa desde cada ubicación.

Bellamente decorado en estilo elegante isla con una amplia sala de estar frente al mar que ofrece impresionantes vistas de la playa y el mar! La cocina es un lugar maravilloso para disfrutar de las hermosas vistas y los sonidos del océano a medida que preparar rápidamente una comida de estilo de la isla en los mostradores de granito encantadora. Totalmente equipada con todo, incluyendo una lavadora y secadora que hemos estado atentos para ofrecerle todo lo que necesita para sentirse como en casa en el paraíso.

La casa cuenta con dos dormitorios cada una con baño privado. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king-size y el segundo dormitorio cuenta con dos camas individuales. We spent a week at beautiful Brenneke’s Beach Cottage. The Cottage has a homey beach feel to it. It was a relaxing vacation overlooking Brenneke Beach with lush greenery surrounding. A short walk to restaurants and minutes away from shopping. We highly recommend this Cottage.

We have stayed at Brennecke's Beach Cottage many times before and have always enjoyed our stay. The cottage has always been clean at our time of arrival. However, this time we were surprised by the many fun additions that have been made, such as a new, safer staircase with handrails leading to the front door, indoor fans in each room, and a new walk-in shower in the primary bathroom. The cottage is literally located across the street from the ocean. From the front deck, we enjoyed many meals and sometimes watched the turtles swimming in the sea. The cottage has a nice jacuzzi and BBQ. If you really want to feel the essence of Kauai, this is where you want to stay!

Paradise awaits!

What an incredibly peaceful home, situated right on the water! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This home is a gem, having such a special spot to call home really made all the difference for our time in Kauai! We were steps from the beach and enjoyed walking to Poipu to check on sea turtles nightly and sitting on the porch at every opportunity to enjoy the sounds & sights of the ocean. Cottage and Location Perfect Vaca!

From the booking through the stay, the host and cottage were fantastic. We felt very much at home in the cottage, which was cozy, but had plenty of space for us to have our own time. Sunrise and sunset are stunning from the front porch. We had everything we needed to make and enjoy great meals. And the host went out of his way to provide us with a football and board games, which we made good use of. The location is also great. If you want to check out the island, it's relatively centrally located from the southern, western, and northern towns. We would absolutely stay here again! Mahalo for a great vaca!

You CAN'T beat the location

This is a cute house located directly across from the ocean. It's steps away from Brenneckes Restaurant. The house has all the amenities you'll need, including essential beach equipment; umbrella, chairs, and cooler, etc. There is a new jacuzzi on the deck as well as new furniture and BBQ. We had all our meals on the front deck enjoying the ocean and in the evening watching the locals boogie board. And if you want to swim in a pool, the rental gives you access to Kiahuna Swim & Tennis club. The club has a full restaurant and bar on site. We totally recommend this house! We are impressed with it we we have their multiple times. You will love this gem.

Wonderful!

We have stayed at this property several times over the last 10 years. Our children are a lot older now and we love it just as much. It feels like home. The beach is literally steps away and sitting on the lanai in morning, watching the surf and the turtles with our coffee, bacon, eggs, and sugar loaf pineapple is a dream. Relaxing there at night listing to the waves is so healing. Further, Bob and Davina were very accommodating when our flight was cancelled. Mahalo

1) Absolutely perfect location. So close to the beach. 2) Perfect place to watch the sea turtles and sunset. 3) Cozy cottage with great kitchen and comfortable beds 4) could use a little updating in the bathrooms, especially master bath and a little musty in the bedrooms as well, likely from the AC units. 3rd time staying and we will be back

In my opinion, the Brennecke Beach Cottage is the best house on the island. There may be bigger houses, or fancier houses, but to us this house is our home away from home. We all count the days until we can return. My husband and son love body surfing and they have the perfect spot 30 feet away. My daughter and I enjoy shopping while they are in the water. This trip we also enjoyed great hikes (Maha'ulepu Heritage Trail: Shipwreck Beach to Punahoa), a helicopter tour (Airborne Aviation doors off tour), dinner at The Beach House, a tour at Allerton Gardens (named by National Geographic as 1 of 50 places to see in a lifetime), a Kayak tour (Kayak Kauai - Wailua river to Sacred Falls) and massages at Spa Koloa Landing. Even with all of that, there was still so much we didn't get done. We are starting a list for next year. Plus, when the swell dies down, more experienced snorkelers can snorkel right out front to see the turtles. For beginners you can head to Poipu for a protected beach. For the non-snorkelers you can see the turtles basking on the sand at Poipu beach in the evenings and early mornings. Just be mindful to keep a minimum of 10 feet away. The house itself is comfy and well fitted with everything you could need. The host is accessible and responsive if the need arises. I could go on and on about this spot. You will not regret staying here!

Beautiful view of the ocean right there at your fingertips. We enjoyed every morning and enjoying ou coffee watching the dolphins play right in front of us. We can’t wait to come back. It’s absolutely gorgeous views. The inside of the house was lovely great appliances, air-conditioning for a comfort for sleeping. Some nights were hot with windows open. The outdoor barbecue was great. The hot tub was awesome. Honestly, The property came with beach chairs, a wagon toys for the kiddos sand buckets and shovels. It was perfect. Everything we needed for our special needs son. I can’t say enough say enough this place. In addition, the athletic club was awesome with a really nice pool. The gym was incredible and it was nice to have the restaurant there to grab some lunch. Great location loved everything about it. The owner of the property was amazing, just a wonderful experience in Paradise. We can’t wait to return.
